That kitty hasn't experienced the constant exposure to all matters of animals as Bailey. So as sweet as she is, it's apples to oranges
latymz that makes it more impressive, since bailey has much more exposure, and dogs are way calmer in nature (used to calm cheetahs and other animals, even humans) meanwhile cats are notoriously skittish and tend to be prone to anxiety, so its pretty impressive this kitten was so open, but dogs are calm and playful so its not that rare for this to happen.

Like a well regulated golden retriever, Bailey has very good levels of respect for boundaries. Golden's are so sweet and even tempered. He's so good at being patient and not moving too fast. He's willing to do it all on the kitten's time. Cats and dogs are so well suited as companion animals. I'm a strong believer in always having two dogs. Usually, if you can have one, you can have two. They do so much better in pairs, being the pack animals that they are. But kitties make very good friends to doggos in the event you can only have one. Of course, kitties are great no matter how many dogs you have. I've always been really glad I had both! Our cat acts very much like a dog who's trapped inside a cat's body. He's like the smallest, third pack member.
Bailey is such gentle soul, he doesn’t know what to do with this small kitten.
