He’s not your typical rapper, he is so much more.

I'm chronic paranoid schizophrenic...I don't know if it's anything like ptsd but mental health is not something to lay with, in my opinion I think tom needs to take a little break and just spend time with the loved ones he's been working so hard to help, sometimes the best thing you can give your loved ones is just a little time. Everybody handling something mental. Some won’t talk about not meaning their scared of it but in some cases there just waiting on the days to tick away. They already have a plan but are waiting on a day that might not ever come. Yes prayers helps. But sometimes it just a focus on goal.
I'm sure it's not easy being a superhero Tom and you're in good company with other superhero people that are also doing amazing work to change the world as well. I've been lucky enough to find so many of you that are making me proud and giving so many people hope. Together you all make a Justice League that is unmatchable and Unstoppable all doing such incredible things and changing lives you may not even know about or how. But the work that you do is like water to people that are dying of thirst. The strength that you build in the people the thought things were hopeless will forever change the world from what we will now never know would have been. As a person that has struggled with the reality of mental illness I just want to say, you being happy and healthy should always be your priority. chasing happiness is probably a big mistake. you can research the hedonistic treadmill, or try periodic endorphin fasts. look it up, do your research and make your own decisions, but chasing happiness ruins a LOT of people.

There are many of us, Sarah, and the help available is typically so pathetic as to be insulting. Like Tom, I had a breakdown. Didn't struggle with drugs, but fight with food for years, and let it beat me after my girl died. Even before all that, I'd wanted to die every day of my life that I remember, until not long ago. I found Tom as I finished my climb out of my own personal hell. I found him when I was starting to slip, and he helped keep me from falling again. When things get bad in my head, his songs help me find my way back. I don't fixate on suicide anymore, I'm mostly ok, in fact. After decades of being off the rails. Tom MacDonald and the Hangover Gang give me hope for humanity. There is more I could say, but I'm already sounding gay for him, so I'm gonna stop. 😂😂😂 I do wish I could help Tom the way he's helped so many people.

Even a perfect life cannot cure depression and anxiety .. thus creating more frustration. It's a terrible thing when one's mind is the enemy but with age and wisdom it gets a lot easier to ignore . Healthy hobbies and exercise 💪 best treatment

Depression is a horrible beast. It has a bottomless stomach that no amount of fame or achievements can fill. Been breaking down myself lately every morning, day and night. True, God is the only one who can rid your depression, if you would only ask, however it's not like a magic pill, you need to make an effort to get up from whatever pulls you down, whether that be lack of purpose, letting hate comments get to you, something your addicted to, a bad experience you won't let go of, ect.
That empty feeling that is Lack of purpose is almost always caused by knowing what is right to do and not doing it for so long that you forget what it was, but you feel purpose less knowing you don't plan to accomplish it,
Whether that is to forgive someone you hurt, or you aren't fulfilling the great commission,
By the way, I should mention here that when people hear "the great commission" they think of men turning solely pastors or missionary's, but that isn't what that means, it means be a witness in your daily actions and words ect and not just that, but actively talking to people about Christ when there is a appropriate moment in a conversation say on a bus, with your co workers, a stranger you are helping with something, an Uber, at the checkout, a group you meet with, please don't just take my word for it though, read your Bible, if you don't have one I suggest using the website Bible gateway and setting it to KJV (King James version) or the Geneva one, I believe those two are the most accurate translations, or watch
