It’s been years and I still think people haven’t gave Tom the proper respect for his diss tracks. He made Mac Lethal… one of the best and most hyped battle rappers in the world, look like a complete and total amateur. Mac’s response was absolutely awful and the worst part was, it wasn’t even entirely written by him. He had that much trouble that he had to have Crypt and a few others help him. Mac Lethal wasn’t just some chump wannabe rapper. The dude had lots of achievements when it came to battle rapping. But Tom came in and just absolutely destroyed him almost without trying. It’s crazy. Oh, and I also will never forget that Chris Benoit line. That is still to this day one of the hardest and most disrespectful bars in a diss track. lol.

@@camcincott5529 So being counter-culture is basically being different from mainstream society. So in the 60's it was the hippie movement and in the 70's and 80's it was the punk rock movement. Mac said that he loved rap because it was counter-culture because it wasn't looked at by mainstream society as something normal. Tom is saying "I am Counter-Culture" and that he's the one beating up Mac. Because now rap is very mainstream and kind of lame now so Tom is looked at by normal rap fans as weird.
