Ji hyo didn't change. She's still the old ji hyo we all adore. I honestly very much concern for her health. There must be a reason why she's been acting so quiet and different lately. I mean even kwang Soo himself doesn't really wanna joke around with her that much now, but I did saw an ep where kwang Soo looked very worried about ji hyo and kept asking her questions to make sure she's okay. So I think it must have something to do with her health. We can't deny how extreme running man activities/games were. To the point all the members are affected by them. Now that she's in her 40s, she starts to feel the sore all around her body which is probably why she's been looking tired lately (almost every episodes tbh). I just hope she's okay, that's it. It's not a professional armbar, but it's a basic one and that position does, and will hurt. Sure, she may not have used much force and Kwang Soo may be overexaggerating, but that armbar and twist is legit.
Also, while Ji Hyo won't really hurt them, she won't mind inflicting a little pain. Remember that episode where they had to carry her across a beam in a pool. and she was trying to stop them? That was good proof that she can and will inflict a little pain for some laughs, so I'm positive the armbar did hurt a little.

Well you really can't blame anyone. Running man's theme have changed because everyone is getting old. Have you seen the later episode where Suk jin said that he was tired? Yoo Jae suk even asked him if his heart was ok. The point is we should be thankful that they're still doing this for more than 10 years. Stop comparing the old running man and the new running man. Can we just appreciate that they're still running? If the show got cancelled we will definitely reminisce about the newer episodes too.

Lol, to be exactly honest, the excitement of the rm actually depends on the pd and editing team mostly..if you do recall, the old rm was absolutely exhilarating due its simple yet funny games (not the games with complicated rules like nowadays episodes) and the editing as well (but i see the editing team today are increasingly becoming better from day to day)....if there's someone did say that the low ratings of rm today are utterly due their older age& no physical games like ripping name tags anymore, they are obviously wrong after all, the old rm was effortlessly suitable to any ranges of viewers' age, but today, even my 13-years-old brother cannot withstand the complicated rules of the games...WELL, THAT'S JUST MY 2 CENTS...we're free to state our own stands right?
