When you realized this isn't just about this girl.. This is a good example of talking to other people effectively and keeping the conversation longer even if you are a stranger to them with almost no information about them. This helped me a lot as a person whos not exactly good at socializing

idk what his background study. i’m amazed that he did this like a set up of psychology counseling as psychology student i might say he did very well comforting people. Put himself like he was in that condition, acceptance of what she’s been through then the way he talked without prejudice and his gesture while listening to her is such a good example! i hope people will more understand how to hear someone’s when they need a support properly in the future.

He also has good dicipline and soft heart. He also a good listener. That's why in a variety show, jackson wants to have a long talk with him because he feels so comfort when he is talking to jinyoung.

Yess..because people hurt unintentionally too. We also might have hurt many people in our lives, and maybe if they bring that up now, we would be shocked to hear how they took our words. Fact is, we sometimes mistake the words of other people, and other people do the same. So we don't know when to actually take their words seriously. This brings us to the solution that don't take it seriously at all. U never know if they misjudged u, or u misjudged them.
Honestly, she looks very depressed. And i know that no matter how much you talk to people, and no matter how much people want to help you, depression is something you face alone and you must fight alone. If she hasn't decided to feel better, she won't feel better no matter how many people are there for her and tell her they love her. I myself go through depression and it's really not that easy to comprehend and to deal with. I just hope she'll get better and she'll find a way out of it. Talking about it can make you feel good for like a day or two but it comes back inevitably... It's a path that she must walk alone to get out of.
Rosalie B this is true. For her to be able to get out of depression, she should have a strong motivation to be out of it, a strong emotional support from family and friends. I pray for her to be better soon

I've myself been struggling with depression for 5 years now and to be honest when I saw her I knew immediately she was not doing ok. I felt like we share some common vibes. I hope she will find some professional councellor to talk to and to help her and/or a new job to give her some confidence and so encouraging her to fell better and to finally to be in peace with herself. My best friend is having a depression, I tried to console her like thousand times.. I'd cried with her even if it's just me and her talking in phone.. She tried to slit her wrist that one time and my heart ache so much.. Idk anything about depression.. But I can tell that depression is killing someone deep from inside.. How can I help her? How can I heal my bestfriend ? What can I do? Even if I can't help too Much.. I still want to help ..

CJ mhm when i was 15 my dad asked me why i was so fat and why he was skinny. Korean family so skinny meant looks good. I barely ate and only grew to 5’8 ik for a fact i couldve gotten taller i asked him why he said that when i was like 20. Told me he didnt remember and it pissed me off more. Like how tf do you say that to your one and only son.
ChuChuTrain I’m sorry that anyone made you feel that way. I feel you, and it hurts that much more when it’s someone you love a lot. People throw words like they don’t know the power they hold or the power that we give words. I imagine that memory in your life made a big impact on you, made you insecure about the way you look, made it hard for you to love yourself and understand why people love you. But always remember that there will be someone out there who appreciates you just the way you are, people who realise it’s what’s inside that really matters. I don’t know if the way you see yourself has changed since then or how things are now, just remember beauty is subjective. We live in a society where everyone expects you to be the same but if we really were that way, imagine how mundane this world would be. This probs sounded cringey but this came from the bottom of my heart. I hope you learn to love yourself, slowly but surely.

It's interesting how each country is so different, she started working at the age of 19 and it's called young, in my country it's normal to work from the age of 16... I worked from the age of 14. She's so sweet and gentle, and I hope she'll be happy❤️

I was confused for a minute too until I thought "maybe she meant she started working FULL TIME at 19" which would've made more sense. Unless she actually meant she started working at 19 which wouldn't be necessary a bad thing. Education is very important in Korea. I started making money at like 13 before getting a retail job. ~ends long rant~
She's working full time after she graduated in high school. As usual in korea, students go to the university after graduation. But she doesn't. That's why, she said "i'm working when i'm young in 19"

I admire Sora a lot! She has had a lot of crap in her life and had to give up college because of lack of money which a lot of us take for granted. Since then she has had to work many jobs as well as face prejudice against her. I really do pray she finds her happiness cause she honestly deserves it. Plus I love that Jinyoung did this. Some people do just need an safe and comfortable outlet like this. He spoke to her calmly and with love as well as showing his own maturity and intelligence. That's an idol! I hope to see more episodes like this. Almost like a counselling session for random individuals with idols who also need someone to talk to cause they are human too. I really like this concept and hope it continues.

Something he said is what I tell my clients and that's to be *gentle with yourself* In life, we are our own worst critics, being gentle and loving to ourselves is a must. You have anxiety because you're unhappy with some facet of your life. Find out what it is, and change it. Anxiety is real, but it's not permanent, I don't care what anybody says. You can fix it. You have control over your own life.
