What many fail to realize is that most male dogs are amazing fathers, loving, devoted, protective and excellent at teaching the young pup how to be a good dog.
Wish it was the same way for humans
While this may be true when the father is there in the early days, scientists don't think that male dogs recognize their own offspring if they weren't there for the pregnancy and birth. There is no evidence to say that they do, which is a little sad.
@@Ad_Inferno Mine knew his puppies that were just born and he had not been around the mother since he bred her. He dotes on them, cleans them plays with them and just adores them. So at least some do.

@@EasyOrigamiPaperCrafts the lil puppy. In more recent videos u can tell the difference between tucker and todd by just looking at them. Todd looks younger and usually looks happy. Tucker looks a bit older and grumpy lol. Hope this helped at least a little

Adult dogs are thrilled when a puppy comes to live with them. A cat hisses and carries on for months if a new cat/kitten comes to live with them. One reason why I am a dog person.

I love this video as it fills in some of the missing gaps in Todd's life. I am so happy that you kept the video recordings. The first few seconds of the newborn puppies with Mommy Josephine are amazing - wish we could see some more. Love the CHUCH registration plate on the SUV. Todd was an adorable fluffball puppy with his siblings . . so cute. I wanted him to remain a fluffball puppy, but then nature takes over and they do grow up.
So is Josephine Journee's middle name? I'm so confused....
@@connorryan9602 : No need to be confused. Journee is Tucker's girlfriend/wife. See the video where they got married. 😀Josephine, who also goes by the name Mommy Jo, is a different doggo.
Journee and Tucker can't be bred together due to being distantly related which would cause genetic problems within the puppies. So like Tucker had puppies with Josephine....I believe Journee also had a litter but with another dog

@@chainamarie03 tucker's meant for breeding. if you know what you're doing you don't need to do that, and Linda seems to know what she's doing. also, if every dog is spayed or neutered we wouldn't have dogs. 🤬
@@chainamarie03 my family neutered but there’d only be little amount of dogs if they were all spayed/ neutered, How would they have more puppies? My family only chose to neuter because we were prepared for one dog. Families may take a different route.
There is such an overwhelming abundance of homeless cats and dogs that millions of shelter animals are murdered....just cuz they don't have a home. Sadly they'll always be backyard breeders adding to this surplus of companion animals.
