Donnie Lee Lol I get the impression that Jolly V didn't think it was a big deal and just something that rappers do. Also it seems like Tymee was less mad at this diss track and more mad at how Jolly V kept stirring things up outside of rap, because she's mentioned several times how Jolly V should have just released another diss track for her respond to. Either way, it seems like they're okay with each other now

This is incredibly late. But the point is that a core part of Jolly V's diss against Tymee and Kitti B is about their sex appeal and in tymee's case specifically, her sexual nature(which she's always been big about). It's hypocritical cause two of the female MCs she idolizes (Nicki and Eve) have made enormous names for themselves around their sex appeal. You'd be hard pressed to find a lead single from either of those two that doesn't contain every single thing Jolly V derided Tymee and Kitti B for.
It'd be like a rapper insulting Blacknut for being controversial, and then saying Eminem is their favorite rapper.

sarah sorry I know this is very late but jolly v doesn't like tymee because she sexualized her rap. when tymee just started out she wore short skirts did and said sexual things in her rap ect.....in other words jolly v doesn't like her because in the past tymee used her body to get recognision instead of using her rapping skills. (this is all things tymee did in the past) but ironically Nicki Minaj does the exact same thing and more. her songs are mostly about sex and her dances are really provocative. yes Nicki Minaj can rap but you can't deny she uses her body to get attention as well. jolly v a being a fan of Nicki Minaj and slut shaming tymee makes no sense.

This is a Tymee’s diss against the show Unpretty Rapstar. She said that « you should take care of your rap and not your apparence ». She’s right, but if she thinks that the apparence isn’t important, why did she criticised the physical apparence of Jolly V ? I like Tymee but I think that she’s illogical on some points and she’s pretentious sometimes

well, back then, Jolly V is not as big as Tymee... Tymee have nothing to diss with a person just have EP,even stated that in her diss .If In your mind that begs the question of. “Is Jolly V’s appearance really important to her?' then you should ask the same question toward Jolly V. 'Why the fuck Jolly V cares if she using her gender/body in her rap?" . Simple,because it sells and Jolly V cant do that . You need to see it from both point of view. People are not used to the rap/hip hop culture, so they get over sensitive about disses. But believe in my, my friend, it completely normal to diss an opponent's looks, age and other characteristics on rap battles and disses. =D
