If there is anything we can take out of her vids, it is the fact that you can see and feel her love for food. Her descriptions and explanations are in layman's language that we can understand. She tells the truth if what she is eating is not necessarily her taste, but she is courteous, as well. I consider her an ambassador of the culinary art, although she is not a chef. I like most of all her island adventures.

For us Mexicans chocolate with chicken is no surprise! We call it Mole! It’s super delicious and has SO MANY spices in it (and a bit of chocolate too) which makes an amazing rich sauce. I can see what Gordon tried to go for and that’s pretty cool!!

I absolutely adore Tzuyang and her videos, but I think her company made a huge mistake by laying off/firing Anthony. He always made sure to have the English subtitles on the videos the exact same day. I'm happy that the company wants to include more languages and be inclusive, though.
