They said its because of shared progression but they literally had shared progression and offline on rainbow six Vegas 2. You had the same character throughout the 3 modes both offline and online pvp. You just earned less in offline mode or while playing the campaign.
you should try Wildlands, its in a very good shape right now. breakpoint i think will need couple patches for at least half a year until it feels 'finished'. judging from last beta i don't see the game being fully polished at release.
@Mateo Arce i hope you are right. i feel like this is even a different engine they are using? not sure but lets see. of course i hope for a smooth launch but open world titles are quite hard to polish and they have their time restructions and release schedules so...i am just preparing myself for the game to have a few technical problems at launch. this way i can only be positively surprised and spare myself disappointment :)

Also as someone pointed out, it's going to roll out more or less like The Division 2, where they would start with everything people wanted from The Division right away. There might still be bugs at launch, I'm confident they have done a great job with the game so far.
I wouldn't get your hopes up man... ubisoft isn't exactly known for their complex storytelling from ONE perspective... I think two is just a little too rich for their blood
I want the Open Beta to be optimized well because the Closed Beta was horribly optimized, in some places fps was going to 70+ and then suddenly drops to 40 in different places.
Eden's Gate Eh the game was actually really well optimized, better than the full version of Wildlands. Even my friend who didn’t even like Breakpoint said it was way better optimized despite the graphics being way better, it actually ran better and loaded quicker for him and he has a kinda crappy PC. I only noticed lag or issues when playing COOP so it seems like it was a sync lag issue not a graphics optimization issue. I hardly even got any bugs until I synced with someone in COOP then they all started to come out. When playing solo even with fully maxed settings I never had a single noticeable FPS drop at any moment.

Keeping Uplay+ to play any old Ubi game if and when I feel like it as well as all the new games. Breakpoint, Legion, AC Kingdom, Splinter Cell, Skull and Bones, and Beyond Good and Evil 2...all look very promising

Ubi does it extremely well with pretty much all their games regardless of genre and that very impressive. They set the standard for how any games as a service especially AAA games should be modeled. They also have very high quality games and give you your money's worth. I just think how you said they stand out from other giant game companies like EA, Activision, Bethesda and Blizzard in so many ways and are overlooked and underappreciated for it. Hell they have made landmark games and franchises to this day like Splinter cell, many AC games especially 2 that revolutionized open world games, Watch Dogs, R6, Siege has innovated in so many ways. Ubi is just extremely good at what they do

@@ironfae not really. you get the same weapons over and over again, just with a slightly different number by their name and every once in a while a random useless perk. if you're playing on harder difficulty, none of that matters as you're head shooting everything, but limits you when it comes to a "raid" or end game content. it's a pointless mechanic added to be more like destiny or the division. there are many systems in the game that seem pointless and were just added to add more grind to the game.
I hope you guys fix the blurryness of the overall image. Compared to Wildlands Breakpoint is from what i have played until now a major step backwards in sharpness and clarity. Also texture drawing distance has to be at least on par with Wildlands.
They did improve movement response controls to both the player characters and vehicles. They also added more visual depth and textures to the graphics. Should be pretty cool.
The only series I didn’t think of playing it. But If John Bernthal In it Hell Yeah I gonna play it and I gonna enjoy every damn cutscenes that he’s in it. Hopefully we got to choose to play as him.

each one has a different genre within shooters and feel. i personally played all but Bl3 (played Bl1-2). i'm very happy with the direction they're taking with those survival elements. slows down exploration while amping up fighting and stealth kills.

Correction, there wont be offline because Ubisoft wants to milk their fanbase with mtx and lootboxes.
People who pirate will pirate nevertheless. What this does is just end up cutting Ubi's sales

Cole Walker's "Icon" costume will probably be available to put on once you find all the collectibles and complete the game to 100%, or behind a loot box pay-wall. I'm basing this of the fact that there were iconic outfits for the campaign in wildlands.
Make the female faces better Ubisoft or actually make the faces in general better please they are terrible body models in wildlands were better too especially the female ones

Can anyone tell me is it normal for the Open beta to make me play all the opening again and go investigate the 3 crashed choppers etc ?
I had got well beyond this stage in the closed Beta and was not keen to play it all again when I fired up the open beta last night ?
I just want to free roam and experiment as play time is limited this weekend ...
Is this possible or do I need to do the whole intro again and go upto the cave etc ? 🤷🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️😩
The beta does start but doesn't connect to the servers. I am from India
