Or you run some OD bleed build or skill build, some normal AR can also be your primary weapon. It's now perfectly balanced. Not like TU5, only EB or P416

you can have a choice to choose the weapon you like in the same category. Some people favor the low fire rate AR like ACR, some favor the fast fire rate FAMAS. Now they can use them rather than P416 or EB
Well they are making some nice features just not the ones anyone needed to make the game more playable. The loot Rng still sucks, i have done the raid over 50 times, heroic missions of all sorts even more and did not get one piece of gear that was better than my standard over 4 months i am yet too see a backback with over 8 % wpn dmg. Also the clan hopping to a lower level for better gear is a joke. The ingnorance of what the players really need from massiv is painful along with the constant lying. They have learnt from Div 1 misstakes, it seems they have only learnt too make bigger ones. Also as if forcing people inti the DZ ist the fix for the game. Its no longer STATE OF THE GAME its THIS GAME IS IN A STATE.
I don't think being given a reason to go into the DZ is the same as being forced. You can play PvE with anything. PvP players want better gear to PvP each other.
I was a hardcore fan of div1. Play all the way until the end of 1.8. I play everyday since div2 came out. Stop playing 2 month ago because I see myself playing for a month and can’t get any gear drop that is better than the gear score 497 I have on. What the point of dropping 500 gear if it’s not better than 497. I won’t come back until they fix the loot progression problem. Massive need to understand why should people keep playing if they don’t see themselves progressing when they invest time into the game.

Already stopped playing... its sucks... I have 3 characters all of them are glitched 1 with classified mission glitch..2nd with dz glitch I cannot enter in dz because of no dz officer .. 3rd with the campus settlement glitch the door is not opening for the settlement... so I think if I make the 4rth character they dont provide me the weapon on that character... complaints are useless they said to me u have a bad luck their is no problem with game rng....
In the division 1 you had an optimization table which you had to grind to be able to optimize and it was rewarding. Grinding has never been rewarding in this game and you've just made it worse by making all the weapons the same. I had 500 hours to get a decent p416 and now its junk! Yeah that's really rewarding. Now every weapon is the same so loot is less fun to get than before which I didn't think was possible but you found a way to do it! The no talent stacking is stupid also. You update the game for skills to be good and you tell us to stack explosive damage and the next update you take away talent stacking! Having to start over every month is not fun!!!! I could go on and on about this game but something tells me it wouldn't matter!
Can you guys please even out conflict mode so that anyone can kill instead of not having to 0lay that mode because we aren't built for it it's really not fare

Damage is similar over time, if all guns are in optimal range. Each gun varies in OPT range, recoil etc...so different guns different ranges, different playstyles.
Pulse cost a mask talent and a skill to use.but to counter you just spec your specialization. Also nerfed pulse damage. Thanks for murdering the pulse without any thought😒
Luis Rosado there is a fixed number of cosmetics that you can find in the open world. You can’t get ever cosmetics in the open world you will have to open caches . There is nothing wrong with cosmetics drops its only that you hit the limit of finding any is open world
PINK AS FLOYD 7 there are more than 5 pieces of clothing in each slot, which is what I have. There is a chance to find clothing in suitcase type boxes. There is a small chance to get clothing. It’s based on math, but I’ve opened so many that it’s literally a mathematical guarantee that I should’ve gotten at least 1. I have not since tidal basin. You don’t know what you’re talking about

I would love to have a reason to hop into the DZ in the Division again. Stop throwing more mediocre loot at us. Make some special gear or weapons for the DZ. Give people gear worth fighting over.
Special gears, a more larger map with more players and random events that worths your time and effort in the DZ. But they won’t listen to us, because all the nerfs requests are from people ho don’t have the Eagle Bearer because of this SUPERBAD Rng. Now it’s pointless doing the raid, the chances to get the a nerfed EB still very low.

These dev's dont learn from div 1 mistakes, they will give you optimization station in year 3 when the game is long dead. Instead of making it as good as it can be from the start 🙄
Suggestions (in no specific order): - allow Clan members to share none-exotic, non-teal gear to other clan members, despite not havent played with them when the gear is collected. Also, allow trinket sharing. - add a Arial recon drone to the DZ... to help punish Rogue agents (especially in the non-occupied DZ) - add a DZ event that appears like supply drops but where all agents need to work together to kill a super boss... and its crew. - create weekly events on the PVE map of DC where a small area can be infected and high hazard protection is needed to enter... perhaps a supply drop scenario.. where great look can be found. They talking about doing every build viable and they are nerfing the bests weapons in the game and introducing new talents that utilize skills only for the bonus and not for the real use of them. This creates an illusion of viable builds, but, in the end they only increased the TTK for everyone. That’s the first Looter shooter that you cannot be powerful, everyone needs to bem NORMAL. Man you devs can change what you want and the comunity will not agree with you. If you charge for year 2 content, you can say good bye for us. Nobody will wait another 4 years for a Division game be good again. You fucked up once, not again.
The biggest changes needs to be to the core build system, the biggest stuff up they have made is moving away from the original Division. Having Major and Minor attributes plus the Main Stats is so much better than this game - and this overcomplicated system in Div 2 has stuffed these guys up the most. I mean why can't a level 500 gear always be stronger thana 497??????? I mean I've got 493 Machine gun that is a few thousand higher than any 500 level, and dont get me started on gear pieces - all 500 drops are ridiculously low most of the time but never higher than any of the stuff I picked up months ago. The explanation and reasoning is stupid and they need to change it - also doesn;t explain why lower score weapons are better than 500.... I'm not sure why they aren't addressing this quality of loot issue which most people are crying out for, if they don't this game has zero hope (especially considering they have no idea re: the DZ). Such a shame, at least there is Destiny 2 and maybe BL3 until Cyberpunk drops.
Nathan William Media i get weapon mods 500 with 4% ar damage. A logged my tier 2 character and i get a 7% AR damage with a 330 gear score. This problem it’s not in the patch notes. If i are you, i will start to looking another game to play

Looks like some really great changes, I'm excited for this update! But could you please reconsider the 2 piece bonuses on the new 4 piece gear sets? Please keep the bonuses that make the most sense: 10% damage to armor, 40% pulse skill power, 30% health. The 2 piece bonuses as the stand make no sense with the sets. Also, please consider changing your direction for PVP. Make it faster paced and more fun, not slower and more tactical.

I LOVE THE GAME.. no matter the bugs or enhancements needed. I am fan. I bought 10-12 other games since D2 launch and yet, i come back to it after a few days of playing with the others.
Also notice that everyone that matters plays the PTS Proven when he says “Everyone gets to be part of the development” in reference to PTS 2nd phase So if you’re on console this proves you do not count. Everyone should have known that they cater to PC now it was proven

Massive thinks they doing so much for the game and all this talk is about things that the major part of the playerbase don’t want. At this time, since launch we only get one raid. They should have delivered to us more content and not fixes and rebalancing. It seems with all the bad things they have do it with td1 they haven’t learned nothing.

I appreciate all of these changes; it shows that you genuinely care, and this is rare. Please do focus all of your subsequent efforts on content though. Many of my clan members have stopped playing because of the lack of content. I know that you have the Pentagon, etc., coming up soon, but perhaps you may want to consider procedural generated changes to new content to keep it fresh, etc.

103 raid runs to get the eagle bearer now its getting a nerf i give up with this game
If you read the patch notes and still said it's a nerf, then quit the game is a good choice for you.

Talent rolls...AND there is no flat damage...you need to farm till you get one at max damage with ideal talents

Luis Rosado there is a fixed number of cosmetics that you can find in the open world. You can’t get ever cosmetics in the open world you will have to open caches .
There is nothing wrong with cosmetics drops its only that you hit the limit of finding any is open world
PINK AS FLOYD 7 there are more than 5 pieces of clothing in each slot, which is what I have. There is a chance to find clothing in suitcase type boxes. There is a small chance to get clothing. It’s based on math, but I’ve opened so many that it’s literally a mathematical guarantee that I should’ve gotten at least 1. I have not since tidal basin. You don’t know what you’re talking about

People want to run more health on their builds making it even harder now because 3 piece negotiators will no longer give you 30% health.. this guy has continuously been ruining the game since launch, slowly killing it. He's a poison get rid of him.
They should get rid of who ever it is that hasn't fired him yet too! Instead of fixing the RNG lets take the game from dying to completely dead!

No game has ever been perfect at launch, and they understand this better than any other game I've seen. They are trying and I respect that.

Special gears, a more larger map with more players and random events that worths your time and effort in the DZ. But they won’t listen to us, because all the nerfs requests are from people ho don’t have the Eagle Bearer because of this SUPERBAD Rng. Now it’s pointless doing the raid, the chances to get the a nerfed EB still very low.

These dev's dont learn from div 1 mistakes, they will give you optimization station in year 3 when the game is long dead. Instead of making it as good as it can be from the start 🙄

EMUDroid they want a lower time to kill in pvp. You can’t be strong in this game, they will nerf your build to the ground.

Suggestions (in no specific order):
- allow Clan members to share none-exotic, non-teal gear to other clan members, despite not havent played with them when the gear is collected. Also, allow trinket sharing.
- add a Arial recon drone to the DZ... to help punish Rogue agents (especially in the non-occupied DZ)
- add a DZ event that appears like supply drops but where all agents need to work together to kill a super boss... and its crew.
- create weekly events on the PVE map of DC where a small area can be infected and high hazard protection is needed to enter... perhaps a supply drop scenario.. where great look can be found.

They talking about doing every build viable and they are nerfing the bests weapons in the game and introducing new talents that utilize skills only for the bonus and not for the real use of them. This creates an illusion of viable builds, but, in the end they only increased the TTK for everyone. That’s the first Looter shooter that you cannot be powerful, everyone needs to bem NORMAL. Man you devs can change what you want and the comunity will not agree with you. If you charge for year 2 content, you can say good bye for us. Nobody will wait another 4 years for a Division game be good again. You fucked up once, not again.

The biggest changes needs to be to the core build system, the biggest stuff up they have made is moving away from the original Division. Having Major and Minor attributes plus the Main Stats is so much better than this game - and this overcomplicated system in Div 2 has stuffed these guys up the most.
I mean why can't a level 500 gear always be stronger thana 497??????? I mean I've got 493 Machine gun that is a few thousand higher than any 500 level, and dont get me started on gear pieces - all 500 drops are ridiculously low most of the time but never higher than any of the stuff I picked up months ago. The explanation and reasoning is stupid and they need to change it - also doesn;t explain why lower score weapons are better than 500....
I'm not sure why they aren't addressing this quality of loot issue which most people are crying out for, if they don't this game has zero hope (especially considering they have no idea re: the DZ). Such a shame, at least there is Destiny 2 and maybe BL3 until Cyberpunk drops.
Nathan William Media i get weapon mods 500 with 4% ar damage. A logged my tier 2 character and i get a 7% AR damage with a 330 gear score. This problem it’s not in the patch notes. If i are you, i will start to looking another game to play

Interesting changes that should shape the game to be more challenging.
Looks like some really great changes, I'm excited for this update! But could you please reconsider the 2 piece bonuses on the new 4 piece gear sets? Please keep the bonuses that make the most sense: 10% damage to armor, 40% pulse skill power, 30% health. The 2 piece bonuses as the stand make no sense with the sets.
Also, please consider changing your direction for PVP. Make it faster paced and more fun, not slower and more tactical.

Massive thinks they doing so much for the game and all this talk is about things that the major part of the playerbase don’t want. At this time, since launch we only get one raid. They should have delivered to us more content and not fixes and rebalancing. It seems with all the bad things they have do it with td1 they haven’t learned nothing.

Ok so there seems to be a hate campaign going on here, all the positive comments are being downvoted all the hell but the negative ones are being upvoted. Yet vid still has 2:1 like:dislike ratio. I appreciate all of these changes; it shows that you genuinely care, and this is rare. Please do focus all of your subsequent efforts on content though. Many of my clan members have stopped playing because of the lack of content. I know that you have the Pentagon, etc., coming up soon, but perhaps you may want to consider procedural generated changes to new content to keep it fresh, etc.
