Yeah I have the full game 3 days early due to my participation in the alpha, and the high level drone areas are EXTREMELY hard to bypass. They do adapt to your tactics and counter them very well. It’s not bs the AI is smarter than you think
Actually the more you rise in level the more these swarms get dangerous. Mostly because you have to fight a lot at a time, and they loooove flanking you.
Yeah but not to this exist. The drones we have today aren't nearly able to function like the ones in the game. And your right our deep learning algorithms and programs aren't as complex as the ones running on those drones. With black ops 2 yeah drones have been around but not where we have to really put up a fight. And will have multiple different classes of drones. Maybe in something like Deus ex or Star wars. But this looks a lot more possible to happen sooner.
Loving the return to a kind of Erudito from the Assassin's Creed 3 Multiplayer videos. Those were wonderful and I am very happy to see that style return.
The biggest problem with the game is the inconsistency in the story I have alot of issues with the cutscenes n dialogue gameplay is great movmet is nice n smooth but they dropped the ball on the story lil details would of made this so much better like u supposed to be a team but when stuff happens in the story theres no shits given about your fellow ghost

Something went in wrong direction. They aren't making games like first GR anymore. Older players, who spent hundreds of hours in first R6 and GR games will understand
They mentioned the “summoning the devil” line before in other trailers and in game but I feel like its a poor line that takes away from the idea that the machines are being used for evil by the wolves. It sounds supernatural in a game thats supposed to be realistic

Just finished day one of the open beta. Cutscene animation needs more work. Frame rates are very glitchy. The new missions are great and having access to the store from the bivouac is awesome. Hopefully the servers will be ready for launch day. The game looks good but still needs some fine tuning.
After day two: I like seeing the new Sentinel villain. I was afraid all the focus on Walker would be too linear. Don’t know why all the helicopters are so slow. Even the attack choppers fly at “tourist” speed. The melee animations need more diversity. I keep getting the same attack from any approach. So far the game looks pretty good. Maybe I’ll try PVP later.
Day three of the open beta: BASE jumping is STILL broken. It’s the same as Wildlands. We either need better ledges or more of a launch jump. The parachute controls are WAAAY better. Also, why can’t we aim the rocket launchers? There’s clearly a sight on it. Point and shoot kinda sucks at long distances. I think the camouflage skins are pointless. The landscape stains everything no matter what you wear. Kinda dumb really. Thanks for the extra missions. I hope the campaign is even better. If you’re adding any new melee weapons, I’d suggest tomahawks. 👍

I’m sure it’s another server issue at Ubisoft. I like the game really, but now I’m worried that the full game will have the same connection issues. I didn’t even get the chance to try PVP.
FINAL REVIEW: Despite a few bugs and questionable server issues, I’m still really looking forward to Breakpoint. I realize I’m not getting paid by Ubisoft, and nobody probably reads this anyway. I just hope the final game is good and that we’ll be able to play it with minimal connection problems. Having invested so much on the pre order and betas, I really don’t want another wasted money experience like Division 2.
The interesting thing about this is that it's not all that fictional. Our current military is now experimenting with drone swarm technology, even if you just Google drone swarm you'll see articles talking about it

I really hope the developers implement Terminator- and Generation Zero like crazed out deadly machines into the game, like these reprogrammed deadly harvesting machines and much more!! That would be great, because only human enemies all the time in a game is boring. Wow that game will be perfect, finally a great open world scenario with crazy AI after Horizon Zero Dawn! The beta demo only had human enemies and therefore I clicked "I am not satiesfied with the variety of enemies" but this video clearly shows eerie crazed out machines, automatic farming equipment, drones and automated tanks this fantastic game has to offer. (Like the possessed machines and harvesters from Alan Wake).
I imagine a comic that Nomad is just sighing that the fact that these hackers are holding him back because he needs to carry them back to safety. Unless Dedsec militarized a portion of their group.

As quick learning and dangerous as these drones are, they need a damn nerf. The movement of them is really cool, but the accuracy seems scripted, like they are bound to hit me no matter how many times I maneuver and run. I love everything else about them, menacing and unpredictable. I bought this game because I feel that this is a real threat soon to come. Maybe not a global threat, but it can be a threat.

Same I found a spawn area and when I fast travelled immediately after loading it said I was killed in action by some magically appearing drones

I assume that at best the drones get some extra moves and abilities as you gain levels or defeat them.
At worst they just get faster and have more HP.
