This is my favourite elite skin so far. I think the fact that everybody hates it makes me like it even more. And I'm usually a fan of the realistic skins.

It still is, it’s just goofier. Siege had been unrealistic from the start. What kind of CTU has their operators have completely different gear and uniforms? How does pulse only see the heartbeat of his enemies? How does doc heal people through clothes and gear? How does Kapkan’s traps not detonate when teammates walk through them? And those are just some examples from the ops that CAME WITH THE GAME.
Since when has siege been about saving hostages???

Though I'm sure there are more military themed Elites or at least those that make sense than Elites like this one, I do get where you and others are coming from; R6 was meant to be more grounded in reality (regardless of the already sci-fi gadgets) and to make more Fortnite-y in terms of skins (and the lack of equipment like helmets) hurts the fans who are military enthusiasts like those who have read the R6 books and do actual research. But Ubi kind of does need to mess around a bit in order to make the OPs distinguishable from a distance in seconds for players to make the right callouts, not saying they need to be a rainbow or something like Dokkaebi but still.

What qualifys as a good elite skin? Cause I don't think there were very many of those
Corvo attano Fuze for example.
Corvo attano Fuze, Thatcher, Sledge, Jäger, Doc, etc. Those skins were connected to their characters and fit the military background Siege has. This skin has shares nothing about Dokkaebi’s character and feels more like a way to get kids into Siege, just like Smoke and Ela’s skin.
Corvo attano Mute’s. It’s military based and is easy on the eyes and has a nice color palette, while still maintaining his silhouette. In my opinion it is one of the best if not the best.
This literally goes against her lore from what I remember. Not to mention that the concept art for the elite skin for dokk were way better
Except it doesn't. In her lore she's seen as an iconoclast, originally defying gender roles (being more of a tomboy) and had a sharp tongue when she was younger. The "nice, docile girl" image was a façade that she uses to manipulate people. There are several members of Rainbow who she has pissed off. This skin fits her character pretty well.

Smokes elite skin represents his character. His bio at least mentions that he pursued improving his skills in chemistry, which his skin represents. Dokkaebis bio never mentions kpop or dancing once. Her elite skin is 100% not based off her character. It's just based off "she Korean so we gib crappy kpop skin lul"
