Ubisoft presents
Assassins Creed II
Im bout to cry
Still the best intro ❤️
Good for u
Yessss
When AC had compelling stories & taught you history at the same time.
Hey there swifty unknown. Big fan
@@anuragdeshpande6918 Now It's a fact.
Ubisoft, we need another main Assassin. That's why Ezio was so successful! We were with him literally since his birth to his death.
Jazz Espinosa ok bayek was the closet yet for me anyways
@@CTXVII ridiculous how they didn't make a bayek sequel they could've had a good run with him but instead they made misthios creed 🙄
Idy
Eh they could’ve done worse
No, they'll ruin like they have already done.
@Jure Herman agreed.
I wish i could forget the whole story of all the assassins creeds and play them again
I want to do It but with every legendary game that i had played
@@thatdudclub135 same
I wish they would just release a remastered series set. Make it $200 or something. It would be worth it imo.
@@yugitrump435 a remake of ac1 with altair Statue
Me too
And here it's one of the best games I ever played in my life,it's unforgettable
Rick Colan U didn't played Ac IV black flag xD
@@PabloEscobar-nr3ic hmmm but AC 2 has its own identity, you can't understand that nostalgic feeling
@@PabloEscobar-nr3ic Considering the time AC2 was released, it was a masterpiece. Black flag of course holds a special place in AC franchise but AC2 was phenomenal with the story and gameplay mechanics those days. AC1 was average and is an introduction to the Creed franchise but it was AC2 which helped the series rose to glory.
@@PabloEscobar-nr3ic U didn't played Ac 2 xD
not to forget AC Brotherhood and Revelations
10 years later and its still the best AC ever.
Happy ten year anniversary.
@@ernestw2474 Lol, we're into it's 11th anniversary.
Same birthday
Yuppp
For the longest time AC2 was my favorite, but I think Black Flag has finally taken that spot and AC2 I think has been bumped down a few spots. Still great, but is definitely aged.
@@TheFlyingJew13 nah ur wrong ac2 will remain the best, it has aged like fine wine and ac4 is way too easy
OLD TIMES , i want to cry😩😩
Bruh same, I'm 14 and I used to play all the assassin creeds on ps3 with my dad. Legend days
Ah same
Yeah same here😭😭😭
Same 😣
Don´t cry, let enjoy yourself playing these amazing games at least once a year!!!!! You won´t regret.
Honestly, one of the best open world games I have ever played. I loved Ezio as a character and loved the setting, I spent hours just free roaming around the different cities which were all beautiful. It's the only game I've got every achievement on.
Well I've got the achievements for all AC games. Not the first Brotherhood till 4 with the multiplayer. But the remaster achievements I do have. But the AC achievements aren't that hard to get. I've got all achievements for AC2 remastered within 3 days, 2 summers ago. But yeah, one of the best games ever. Still in my top 5 and will always be.
Meanwhile Arno is a Ezio wannabe
Jacob eh he’s Jacob don’t know how to explain it
Edward well he did great with himself
I had 99% achievements but godamnit the Petruccio feathers quest was too stupid
What fans want
: Game like a Assassin's creed 2
What ubisoft gave us
: Assassin's creed odyssey
PS Central we want u game like eg unity and rogue
Next game is said to be a Unity within an Odyssey
Assassin’s creed odyssey ha altri vantaggi:si può entrare nelle case,si può cambiare abbigliamento,si hanno abilità speciali ecc..., però certamente non può eguagliare il 2
Tbh I've been playing since AC1 and I'm glad they're taking this new approach with Odyssey. It's time to let the old game mechanics rest
I preferred having big cities like this with lots of details in it, rather than the huge maps with a ton of whatever cities like in the last couple of games. Bring back the old ac games☹😭
Chivas_ Alex21. The cities were smaller in the last two games because of the time period. They were still very amazing experiences of games.
facts, not every game needs to be a massive open world and imo it doesn't suit AC.
These ezio games will always be my favorite in the entire series. 🙂
This game was and still is so beautiful in terms of everything!
Lucifer Morningstar Wait Lucifer you play assassins creed also? 😳😂👌
@@CTXVIISince the old days! 😂
Lucifer Morningstar too you were probably there 😳😂jk

I actually went back and played this because I haven’t played the 2nd one and I’m glad I did, now it just Liberation and Brotherhood (kinda hard since the Xbox One won’t allow that because they are *_too old_* even though it lets me play the first assassins creed
Edit: yeah I’m cheap

Says ezio is fictional
Deep inside my heart : ezio assassinates him 14 ,000,605 times
AC2 was released on November 17, 2009. So we're about to say happy 10 year anniversary for this game and first appearance of Ezio Auditore.
please, do an remake of Assassin's Creed 2!
They already did a remastered in the ezio collection
Lol
Remake not remaster! I want unity level remaster
@@idkyaface4659 same thing
they don't need to remake perfection. They need is to make a legendary revolutionary game like AC2
When Assassin's Creed was not Mercenaries Creed.
yes
If you are talking about the actual Trilogy (Origins, Odyssey, Valhalla), you have to understand those are Brotherhood precursors stories (Known as Protoassassins). Is logical you will not find Assassin's Creed's references, misticism or hype from classical games. I bet when they return to Brotherhood eras, we could enjoy again as we did with Ezio and the Kenways.
@@Fotodante The Brotherhood existed in Valhalla already, so those are not protoassassins.
@@glodeanuandrei400 1. Eivor was never an Assassin. 2. They were the hidden ones. After that we had the Order and after Altair's Reformation was called a brotherhood.
@@Fotodante the Assassins and the Hidden Ones are the same thing. Shaun explains it in the game as well. Look it up. The Order existed since Bayek's time, since he is the de facto creator of the order. Idk what you are talking about with the order coming after the Hidden Ones.
I got tears in my eyes already listening to the background music and the beautiful sights ! Oh, the good ol days...!
When Ubisoft made great games.... Good times....

"Caught in the beauty of Florence"
... That's Venice
Is it where Rosa jumps!?
"...of renaissance" he says, not Florence.
they showed Palazzo della Seta which doesn't exist in the first place (at least not in Venezia) and in fact they copied its structure from the Loggia della Seta which is situated in Valencia, so its case is quite similar to the Villa Auditore
Back when the game had soul and devs where passionate. Hope someday AC goes back to its roots
Yea, this series used to be so good.
It whas amazing.
Now answer me, please: How the hell did you shift from THIS to Odyssey?!?!?!?!?!?
greed
You can,just follow the story
@@gaadrung those at the top of UBIsoft thought the game is called Assasins Greed
Weed
Because the series was getting extremely repetitive, stale, and formulaic, and it either needed to be entirely reworked from the ground up, or it needed to be euthanized. Origins and even more so Odyssey FINALLY added some MUCH needed depth to the gameplay, starting with the combat. Combat in AC games was getting progressively easier and easier, to the point where if you were surrounded by 4 people and on of them attacked you, you could counter him and get an instakill, and then instakill his 3 friends. It might look cool and make your character look like a badass, but it sure as hell wasn't fun to play once you realized how easy it was.
Not to mention that Origins and Odyssey added ACTUAL SIDE QUESTS to do, as in missions unrelated to the main plot, that introduce new characters who have actual backstories, and the quests they give tell an actual STORY beyond just "I need 3 of this specific item".
And having fully fleshed out RPG mechanics is another great addition in order to give the series some actual depth. Not only did they add an experience/skill tree system so that you constantly had something substantial to work towards, but then they also have the weapon and armor engraving system, so that you could further refine your different character builds.
And then with Odyssey, there's also your ship which you can upgrade. But in order to upgrade it, you'd need materials, which you can get by pillaging other ships, stealing from supply chests in enemy outposts, or by hunting/gathering out in the wild. So the open world has synergy, where there's dozens of things to do at any given time, and no matter what you choose to do you'll be making progress in some way.
And as for the Assassin aspect: there's a whole cult in Odyssey that are clearly and obviously the progenitors/forerunners of the Templars, and they are your assassination targets. And unlike most main AC games, you can take down your assassination contracts in whichever order you want (so long as you're high level enough to take on the cultist you're tracking). There's still silent assassinations, assassinations from ledges/bushes/windows/from above. There's still climbing/free running. You can still find and wear those cool looking hoods. You can still climb to high points, synchronize, then do a leap of faith into a pile of hay/leaves below you.
So what is it that's supposedly so different about Odyssey that it doesn't "count" as an AC game? And what is it about Odyssey that for some reason makes you think it isn't good? Because IMO Odyssey is the best AC since Black Flag
This game inspired my dream of going to Italy
A Zesty Gay I’m italian but i live pretty far from Florence, this game inspired me to visit Florence and I actually really want to move there when i’ll finish university

@@cheeseballgooberpants3591 I didn't play it until like 2 years after it came out, because I didn't have the new consoles until later. By then it cost like $20-ish by then I guess they fixed most things because encountered very few bugs, and quite enjoyed the game.
AC1 is muh fave personally
UBI you know people love this one
so do something
Now this guys was an assassin with badass kill animations and a actual character nowadays we just get to play a pretty walking sim with boring storyline

The clothing of the people, the music, the architecture.
Oh... they don't make games like this in this era.
Assassin's Creed 2 is still my favorite game from the series to this day.
Thanks for the video
I wish you go back to these unforgettable experiences Ubisoft
Loved this video ! Keep them coming.
Assassin's Creed II is my favorite game ever, and watching this video made me so nostalgic. There is something so magical about this game; The cities, the musics, the ambiance, the colors, the characters, the story...
Back when Assassin's Creed was great. Shame Ubisoft won't make great games like this anymore and instead relies on fast-food service games.
why can't they teach history this beautifully in the classrooms -_- .
Next video:
Where the creators of AC Odyssey came up with the idea of the Purple Multi-armed monster!
The hundred handed ones are apart of Greek Mythology.
Ramsey Schroeder Ohhhh.
I thought the creators were high when they put it in the game
arbknight12 they probably still were 🤣
Its mythological creature, it was in God of War to.
Beautiful. Was amazing playing these games, then actually visiting Italy and seeing the real locations, then playing the HD Trilogy after!
Good old AC ❤️
Oh hell yeah so good
When AC was actually good
Origins was a great assassin game. If you beat it, you’d know it was the birth of the assassins order.
@Video Game Addict Right
Jill Sandwich you’re right but odyssey is utterly garbage
Ezios family is a masterpiece of music
I love these videos, please keep doing them!
Anybody who misses the Renaissance Florence go and watch Medici:Masters of Florence it is available on Netflix it is a good series
The exact playthrough of Assassin's Creed II made me fall in love with Florence and then rediscover it in my journey.
The past is brutal , ambitious , important to know about . Ubisoft's assassin creed allowed you to see what it was like in that day ,..... An experience to truly write about .... Thank you ....
Just the music at the begining makes me nostalgic
Damn it you again made me think it was a remake/remaster
Right
@Adam Jensen sure play on pc. The graphic is still awesome. Its not that bad
Adam Jensen I think people just want to see the game looking as if it were to come out today, there’s nothing wrong with that to me, honestly I wish they’d just reboot the whole damn series at this point and start over, with most the stuff being the same, changed to tell a better story but not with the awful ending of 3 murdering the modern day story.
The music is stuck in my head forever
Keep making these videos!!
I love videos like this. Please do more.
Thank you very much for interesting informations! :)

when i listen assassins creed ll sound tracks then i wanna cry
Please do a remake of this... Everybody would love it

This make me wanna play it again ❤️
I just bought the ezio collection for $20 on Amazon. The remaster looks incredible. So crisp and vivid with an Xbox one x update I believe. 490mb update on the x. Textures look high quality and steadier frame rate. Ac2 has the best soundtrack in any ac game and it's huge with a long story.
okay, I'm an architecture student and I learn the history of the Florence Cathedral from AC II, such a great way to learn history!
This guy seems like he did his research! It sounds nice and is delivered well. I have no idea if all the facts are true but I love that Ubisoft put this out.
Can you please make this as a series. Talk about different and varied locations showcased in the AC series.
Any plans on remake for this masterpiece we would love it
Thanks
After the masterpiece of ezio trilogy I was waiting for something like this, bayek's story in AC origins was very satisfying!
I just finished the game for the first time. Definitely holds up
In that parkour in that church was so hard it my fingers were sweating

Best AC arc hands down
This made me playing AC II again.

There's nothing compared to the feeling of discovering and playing AC2, Brotherhood and Revelations for the first time
This is some too tier advertisement.

Im most interested in the historical world
OF COURSE! ITS ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCES EVER!
Do it. Trust me
Do it but there is gonna be a bs part you’ll do in the main story and you’ll have to look up a guide how to get pass the bs part but other than that yea do it
9/10, nearly a masterpiece!
Whats the music that plays when he talks about thr cathedral?
I didn’t know this game exists. I stayed in Florence for a month in 2019 and this is really cool.
This game helped me pass my world history class!
I played all the Ezio games when they came out. In May/June my wife and I will be going to Italy and spending time in Venice, Florence, and Rome. My remaster of the Ezio collection is due to arrive today and I will be playing through once again to reacquaint myself with the history of these cities. Sadly I doubt I will be climbing any of the structures while there on my trip 🙂
Please do Rome next! That was my favorite game location from Ezio Trilogy
