If you bought The Division 2 today, you would be getting a great deal and you won't feel like you have been left behind because there are no seasons and there are no progression systems like there are in Destiny. You would pretty much get the base game with a bunch of extra missions. If you bought the game on day 1, you pretty much have no reason to play it anymore, because there are no seasons and there are no progression systems because all they have added is some new missions. Thats pretty much the best I can sum up the state of The Division 2. The people who are leaving/have left, greatly outnumber the new people who just bought the game, so the game feels pretty dead. I can't remember the last time I qued for a mission and got a full group.

You should really fix the hunter mask Ubisoft that we can wear them with hats and helmets just like division 1. Let's you wear a hat but it doesn't show up must be a bug please fix it.

With all the problems that you end up dying from. Invisible enemies, game freezes, magically appearing enemies. You are going to have a hard time with permadeath. All my friends have returned to Div 1, which I like this game, a lot... I feel like I'm getting a knife in the side every time I watch and hear what I should be looking forward to... Stupid thing is you have to delete a character to play hardcore - the idea is good, but it should be a separate mode just like survival was. It epitomises the ridiculous thinking that has gone the decision asking of this game overall and why it is still such a hot mess.
Being able to recalibrate 2 items per gear piece would help a lot. Ive been trying forever to get a decent regular fenris berzerk chest piece and 90% that drop and i craft have skill power now. Its been like that since the technician specialization came out. Or you could have a good perfect berzerk at the thieves den again since i missed the god roll one
We need better mechanics we also need to change the way you revive come on ppl it's 2019 let's bring back the army of two style revive but with a twist only in hardcore mode. Sound good Agents..

I love the premise of the new "mode". Only because of how people push through tactical situations in many games. In simpler terms push push push, rinse and repeat. I doubt I'm going to really put time into it, but I can't imagine the screams over Mics when a group member drops especially if it's levels and levels into it.
Loot pool wise, why dont you just let us target a specific thing? So if i want a high armour backpack, the rng is still there but if i drop by the backpack area then higher armour rolled items would fall, not necessarily the exact specific piece im after but i could target high armour backpacks and a variety would drop throughout the area whilst doing the control points etc as the targetted loot. I like the targetted loot, it obviously narrows it down alot but it doesnt feel like it narrows down enough. Yeah i want a piece of gila knee pads but i dont need 600 with skillpower on, im after some with patience on, so let me target the patience gila knee pads so ive got a guaranteed piece with it on but the rng is there when it comes to stats then. Or i can target a 40k health holster but then not what brand set it is or the other stats/mod slots, thats down to rng. It would just make obtaining the loot for the build you're after a bit easier and ultimately a bit more rewarding as tbh, ive given up on making new builds now as i just cant get what im looking for
There’s way to much RNG and useless loot in the game. I dont want god-like items given to me. But I would think I should have seen ONE mask with more than 38% DTE when this has been my priority since TU6 release. Open world exploring should give some sort of reward, rare gangs of mobs with good loot for example (no, I’m not thinking of set-items). Long term targeted and guaranteed loot like the apparel set from underground in D1 would make grinding more bareable and fun. Now it’s just layers of RNG on top of each other.
Try to farm airaldi and alps missions and you will get 50+DTE soon. Every gear piece is split into percentages to armor, stats,talents and mod slots. Since alps and airaldi have only one stat on mask it's more likely that you get a high roll there.
Well, looks like im really not missing anything after not playing since about June. Wash, Rinse, Repeat, no end game, still sounds like bugs galore. And adding in an "exotic snowball gun" really sounds game changing lol 🤣🤣🤣, maybe I'll come back in a couple years when things are fixed lol.

They would make a lot of people happy if they took div 2 and made it how it was with div 1. No Classified gear, Cronusmax User fixed, and no one shot seeker mines. And nothing but all skill, they would be amazed on how many people would come back and play more. The Division patch 1.7.1 is my favorite patch.

Changes I'd propose. The npc grenadiers are way to overpowering on high lvl game play. 1 Grenade should not kill you on heroic. For skills how about making skills do dmg to tanks. Anyone who plays a electronics build has no other choice than use a turret or assault drone. Make seeker mines really seek instead of blowing up 20 feet away from where the npc was. Make some more gear sets that are really worth having. The ones that have been put out there are in a lot of ways only beneficial for group play. A lot of Players are not in groups anymore. Give the solo players so chance to get items like the Eagle Bearer. I have a clan at lvl 30 and not one single player plays anymore. Focus on group play should be a priority anymore. Recalibrating station should be a priority. It's a game of luck getting a perfect piece of armor. One of the things that made division 1 so fun is a lvl playing field and people still played from pvp to pve cause the had to acquire Phoenix Credits to upgrade their armor. Put another type of gameplay in. I know that you all have put hardcore in but on the whole you wont have any playerbase in it without some type of reward. Without a reason to play hardcore it's just pointless. I have high Hope's for this game I do. Unless something is done soon the game will only lose more players and destroy the idea of a future Division 3
Except Ghost Mode had an additional story and stealth was much more needed. But true. I just don't see any reason to play it until they add more than, if you die you have to make another character. You could just make a character and do 1-30 again, without losing anything. HC Mode needs the best cosmetics in the game. It needs more survival mechanics since it's a throwaway character. Hopefully from beta to full release, it will be MUCH better. So far, this isn't Survival 2.0 or anything special to me, imo.
Here is a good idea I think everyone will love... Hardcore mode is pointless... give us a reason to play it.. so maybe make it a condensed story and let us get to lvl 30.. the best gear like the BEST GEAR should drop at lvl 30 in that mode.. that gear should be able to be transferred to your main character once in your stash... if you die you start over... that would be worth it. But when I say best I mean higher rolls than god rolls in the main game.. for example I been searching for a "67k" health chest or a "53k" backpack for months that won't EVER drop... I dont think they are even a thing... this should drop easy in hardcore mode ect
Here's a tip if you want us to come back and play your game, QUIT FUCKING WITH EVERYTHING. PICK A FORMAT AND KEEP IT. QUIT CHANGING STATS ON EVERYTHING EVERY TIME YOU DO AN UPDATE.
Same here. I play pretty much daily, a Survivsl run or two (if I'm fast), maybe some Underground and some type in that big Dark Zone. I'm wondering how long it'll take Massive to compare player counts of both games and look at all the experienced players that have dropped Div 2 to play the original.

this feels less like a game and more like an experiment to see how boring you can make your content while still getting people to keep pressing buttons. Most of the audience dropped off so I think we have our answer. I used to play pts to avoid grinding but even that is just boring now. Kinda wish I picked resident evil instead.
They don't seem to realize Survival, and Underground gave tons of replay-ability to the game for both PVE and PVP players. This is what I hate. When a sequel has LESS features than its predecessor. There was a lot more base content at launch, but a lot of the decisions were not ones that made the game better, or fun. They were there to extend the grind and therefore, extend player engagement numbers. Having to clear a max level CP to randomly unlock things like extended mags? Then, Extended Mags getting nerfed in a game all about bullet sponges? None of these decisions make the game more fun. They make it a chore to play. On top of that, a bad DZ for PVP players and nothing beyond one Raid for PVE players... And there is nothing left to do once you've consumed all the launch content. I will not be buying The Division 3 unless it launches with ALL of the content Division 1 and 2 had during their lifetime. There is no reason to pay for less features in a sequel.
Everyone is crying because they can't spend points to max out every stat on their gear 🤣 why should a chest piece with 4 stats be able to max out all 4 stats and one with 2 only those 2? Everyone would just be using gear with the most rolls possible. Use corners and your teammates, you don't need to be a face tanker all the time

Hopefully from beta to full release, it will be MUCH better. So far, this isn't Survival 2.0 or anything special to me, imo.

Here is a good idea I think everyone will love... Hardcore mode is pointless... give us a reason to play it.. so maybe make it a condensed story and let us get to lvl 30.. the best gear like the BEST GEAR should drop at lvl 30 in that mode.. that gear should be able to be transferred to your main character once in your stash... if you die you start over... that would be worth it. But when I say best I mean higher rolls than god rolls in the main game.. for example I been searching for a "67k" health chest or a "53k" backpack for months that won't EVER drop... I dont think they are even a thing... this should drop easy in hardcore mode ect
Here's a tip if you want us to come back and play your game, QUIT FUCKING WITH EVERYTHING. PICK A FORMAT AND KEEP IT. QUIT CHANGING STATS ON EVERYTHING EVERY TIME YOU DO AN UPDATE.

Same here. I play pretty much daily, a Survivsl run or two (if I'm fast), maybe some Underground and some type in that big Dark Zone.
I'm wondering how long it'll take Massive to compare player counts of both games and look at all the experienced players that have dropped Div 2 to play the original.

this feels less like a game and more like an experiment to see how boring you can make your content while still getting people to keep pressing buttons. Most of the audience dropped off so I think we have our answer. I used to play pts to avoid grinding but even that is just boring now. Kinda wish I picked resident evil instead.
They don't seem to realize Survival, and Underground gave tons of replay-ability to the game for both PVE and PVP players. This is what I hate. When a sequel has LESS features than its predecessor. There was a lot more base content at launch, but a lot of the decisions were not ones that made the game better, or fun. They were there to extend the grind and therefore, extend player engagement numbers. Having to clear a max level CP to randomly unlock things like extended mags? Then, Extended Mags getting nerfed in a game all about bullet sponges? None of these decisions make the game more fun. They make it a chore to play. On top of that, a bad DZ for PVP players and nothing beyond one Raid for PVE players... And there is nothing left to do once you've consumed all the launch content. I will not be buying The Division 3 unless it launches with ALL of the content Division 1 and 2 had during their lifetime. There is no reason to pay for less features in a sequel.

Everyone is crying because they can't spend points to max out every stat on their gear 🤣 why should a chest piece with 4 stats be able to max out all 4 stats and one with 2 only those 2? Everyone would just be using gear with the most rolls possible. Use corners and your teammates, you don't need to be a face tanker all the time

Caches were garbage, deleted straightaway didn't even get material as I've maxed out all materials cause all loot is garbage, million credits to spend on nothing cause all loot is garbage, yep think I've covered the main thing about loot.
