I realized that every kind of team has a specific look on them. The British have gas masks, FBI have shades, French have heavy helmets, Gsg9 have casual clothing and spetznaz have face paint.

@@808Nostalgic during the Iranian embassy siege in London, the SAS were sent in to rescue the hostages. They were broadcast across the nation storming the building whilst wearing gas masks. So thats the version of then that sticks in the public conscious

+Nguyên Anh Lê look a bit more in to DELTA and DEVGRU. you will find that they are not task forces but millitary units. Both units do counter terrorism operations and that (counter terrorism) is thier main job.

I agree and they do mostly counter-terrorism OPs oversea.The domestic matters rest in the FBI and NSA's hands

Special Forces Units are primarily trained in Counter Terrorism. (As an example) In Australia the SASR and 2nd Commando Regiment are constantly rotated for a specific set of time to focus on Counter Terrorism.

No. Each character gets a customisable load out. But different characters get different weapons. For example, Character 1 can use SMGs but Character 2 gets Assault Rifles.

cuz this game focus on units that specialize in counter-terrorist or homeland security. Navy Seals are more of covert ops or military focus ops though, their ops mainly oversea vs domestic ops like FBI

***** FBI get a warrant streak, serving writs so fast it makes your eyes melt. Also their investigations win the match before its starts, ask Sepp Blatter. FBI FTW! But seriously, the marines are shock troops. In a hostage situation they destroy the neighbourhood. Theres very little international analogue to the SAS. In the states it would be SWAT, not the military or the FBI.

This trailer fails within the first three seconds - "Rainbow Six - experts in close quarters battle." No. Wrong. It's just RAINBOW. Rainbow Six refers to the unit's commander. I know that and I haven't even read the book. Also, since when does SWAT belong to the FBI? It's a police unit. But never mind. And for crying out loud, when did RAINBOW start knocking down walls? What happened to sending Yacoby and Maldini up onto the catwalks of an amusement park ride to silently eliminate most of the terrorists before they even knew we were there? I wouldn't trust Ash, Thermite and Pulse to do anything other than reduce the entire amusement park, and the hostages, to a pile of smouldering ruins and charred corpses. No thanks. I'll stick to Rogue Spear. I'm not saying this is a bad game - just needs to be called something else.

ALPHAFIVETWOFIVE Yes you are right! I know of the FBI's HRT, but that was about it. But I'm British - so perhaps I'm not the most knowledgeable about US law enforcement. But still, it'll teach me to do a google search before making a youtube comment! :). But my original point still stands. This isn't a Rainbow Six game, beyond the branding (neither was Vegas). It DOES look a fun game, however.

Vincent Crimi if you knew anything at all about the FBI, you'd know that they have SWAT teams at their major field offices, and a 'super SWAT' team called HRT that trains and conducts operations full time. HRT especially are most definitely not just a "police force".
