That roll by Adesanya. Insane!
Mine was Jon Jones & then DC
Adesanya is a strong guy man. Like you think you can just go in that ring and ragdoll him until you feel that strength right back at you and literally tire yourself out. He makes his weight off muscle.
Yeah that was a cool move

Izzy debuted in the UFC at 2018 and was already champ by 2019.. This man didnโt come here to play around ๐
@JEFM
He smoked Bobby knuckles that's as good as it gets
@@kd9452 Bobby Fuckles is a fluke
@JEFM you act like it was just handed to him, heโs not Conor he donโt just walk into a title fight and win the belt and leave. Izzy proven he always has been the best in the division and got there quick bc of his work. Not his fault his division got some shitty ass wrestlers who canโt take him down & his kickboxing is just on another level not even including his head movement alone
@JEFM gastelum was top 5
@JEFM "got easy match ups on his way to the top" yet beat every single fighter at the top so even if that was true which it wasn't because he got out against every style what's your point?? He has proven he is the best middleweight and a future UFC hall of famer!
Respect to Israel for holding back at the end and not really hurting his opponent!
Yeah I really thought the ref couldโve called that fight a little bit earlier
He hurt him pretty good though but yeah it couldโve been a lot worse
My thoughts exactly. You can tell Izzy was holding back and didn't want to seriously injure his opponent.
not after he spat blood at izzy. should've punished him
@@lwandajafta7741 I literally thought the same thing
This man is in full ultra instinct at all times. 100% mastered flow state. The roll defense, the slips and weavesโฆ itโs terrifying to imagine being a top level fighter and literally not being able to hit someone.

Look at the damage on Wilkinson, not even loading with every shot, that proves accuracy and technique reigns supreme.

One of the most impressive things, to me, about Izzy is his takedown defense. He must put in so much work on his defense. It's really incredible, pretty much everyone hasn't been able to take him down and hold him down.
Jan Blachowicz
@@SMFD23 185 vs 205
Edit: I'm not defending Izzy but I really think he underestimated how much of a difference those light heavyweights are compared to 185s. Have we ever seen him get taken down like that at his natural weight class? No.
I honestly think his take down defense is more a natural attribute, sure he practiced, but it's not like anyone at all can achieve that level of takedown defense if they practiced 24 /7
@@josephgeorgeejr7039 agreed this is natural ability to be slippery.
@@josephgeorgeejr7039 He's so afraid of being taken down he's like a cornered cat. I too don't believe it's something he's learned in practice, it's pure instinct plus he cheats when he can by grabbing the fence but that's a natural reflex when you're scared to go down.
At 4:19 you can see this man beautifully roll his way out of a takedown. Amazing.
and if you watch in slow motion you can also see Robs face getting destroyed by the ground lol
Rob Wilkinson is now the PFL Light Heavyweight Champion and he is huge at 205. He looks in way better shape now than he did here. I'm happy for him. He said he learned a lot from this loss.
They trained together after this fight Iโve had the pleasure of training with rob believe it or not he has improved so much from this I hope he can make his way back to the ufc someday
