You have to remember that if a guy signs for 33 million dollars it isn't actually 33 million dollars in his pocket. It's more like 10 to 15 million which is still a boatload of money but we don't know how these guys live their lives you know the overhead that they have, people they support

Dak has more passing yards, more rushing yards, more passing TDs, more rushing TDs, higher competition percentage, higher QBR, less INTs... the list goes on. Pro bowls are a popularity contest, and Wins/losses are earned by a team. In ALMOST EVERY individual statistical category Dak is better.

Last I heard the contract came down to the length not amount. They agreed on around the 35 million mark but Dak initially wanted 3 year deal, JJ wanted 8 years. They now stuck at 4 and 5 years with the promised money.

Chiefs lost their center last year and the offense really felt the hit until they figured it out late in the season. Opened my eyes to how important the center position is
It's a team game. It all has to work. Brady had success because he always had a good O line to protect him until last year and look how he did.
If Dak plays on the tag, he will make $26.8mil in actual salary on the season due to salaries at the present. Just because a player signs for a certain amount, that doesn't mean they will receive that amount. The sum I mentioned is being reported due to salary restructuring of some of those top 5 QB salaries.
