I kinda lean this way too. There is a lot of "spookieness" to some of the phenomena that leave me confused though. Started with ET theory, then interdimensional, now kinda peaking at something here. None are mutually exclusive. It's probably many things. Kinda wish we knew more.

Other confusing factors are what is reported by people who see things, some are small spheres, some are cylinders, some are saucers, some are small, some are the size of a footbail field, some move rather slowly, others move at speeds far in excess of what man is capable of doing., attempting to study all this along with the military/secret service disinformation campaign, makes for a very confusing subject

I have my great grandfathers journal that he kept in ww2. He was a .50 cal gunner on a bomber and 3 times he mentions "Kraut Fire Balls" that would follow their plane and the last mention was his second to last bomb run and they were on the return trip and he talks about a large white / light grey cigar shaped air craft that they initially thought was some kind of blimp, until it turned towards their formation and flew past them at a speed no airplane could match back then. This was 1944 and sounds a lot like the craft seen during the Nimitz incident and that takes the "its enemy tech" argument off the table.
I and my husband watched a UFO over Blackburn lancs England. On the Manchester flight path. This UFO was round the size of a football pitch. In the middle was a large lit round part with what looked like choppy water. This UFO was very low above the clouds. Above at the most of a six story flat.

The large lit round part that looked like choppy water was its engine. The choppy effect was caused by super heated air caused by its engine.
@@Keithrutter612 no after watching for nearly half an hour I went inside to get my mobile phone. My phone was on a small low table and on the table was a small metal tree with lights with my phone. I bent down to pick up my phone and one of the metal branches stuck into my eye. I went into the kitchen to get a clean cloth to put over my eye. I and my husband can not remember anything after this . We do not remember going to bed. I did attend the trauma eye clinic who referred me to Burnley hospital. I have been receiving treatment on both eyes.

These UAP could've very well been ARV participating in these war game exercises as a branch of our clandestine military operations.
That´s my opinion too. A couple of weeks ago I saw 7 UAPs over southern Chile. I’m an airline pilot and was approaching the Andes on my way back to Santiago. They moved like drones, but they were in space and I could see them turning as the sun’s reflection kept changing. A few of us have seen the same phenomena. As a keen astronomer and space enthusiast, the technology was nothing that I could explain.

Well they did fly a balloon over the US recently and if one of the other governments has better technology then they certainly can do whatever they want. But if everything is so compartmentalized in the government, it is very possible that other members don't know what's going on including when testing will be including testing in a training site or whatever.
