Hojlund back up, it won’t work if you get someone same age as Hojlund because both players will want to be No.1 striker at some point and most likely the same time in terms of age. If you get a Toney or Kane who gives you 3-4 years as No.1, this helps Hojlund develop into the No.9 we want in gaining experience on the pitch/training.

I think Braithewaite is a top talent, but I’m more worried we don’t have players at CB for next season that are proven/experienced winners like Varane to mentor the likes of Braithewaite to help him level up to a Trophy winning mentality CB. EG: Ferdinand & Vidic were there to help Phil Jones, Smalling, Pique, Evans. I think Utd need to sign senior/experienced players to develop the young players otherwise Utd are relying on young players to learn on the go game by game which won’t bring success.

Biggest issue with branthwaite is price. There is no way everton sell him for 50m....zero chance. Minimum will be 70m or more. We should not spend that much on him because he actually isnt worth that money. Todibo at 40m is a much better deal. If branthwaite was 40m then yes...go for him but this 50m idea will never happen. He is young, English and has premier league experience.... no freaking chance its below 70m

Everton won’t sell for under £60M trust me and someone will pay it for a young, quick, strong, new England international. Replacing Maguire with him would be a very United thing to do.
