Probably the best Aussie setting in a game was Beneath A Steel Sky. Not sure exactly where the game was set but I had a vague impression it was Tasmania
Even with a messed up arm, I managed to do a run through of Crash & Sunburn and it was awesome apart from the gold coast, damn I HATE that bloody track
Its challenging i like it, just sucks to speedrun

It finally came...at the wrong time. Borderlands 3 is out tomorrow and taking over my life.
To be fair, I have tomorrow off work to play (and stream) BL3 so i'm with you, but honestly this is a fantastic DLC so when you come back to it, you won't be disappointed. I'll be playing it all weekend at the Ubisoft Experience in Sydney if anyone reads this and wants to get some free Professor Lessons!

It looks like they added a lot of levels. Did they add new bikes? And how big was the download?
I don't want to watch much of the video so most of the tracks are fresh when i play.

Somehow i‘m glad that even the PC Version has those microfreezes and stutters. I started to feel like only PS4 has them.

I wish you had dropped RedLynx a hint on beefing up the power on the Alpaca also. That would be an awesome bike if they did!
You’re right, we don’t see AU in many games... Project Gotham Racing 2 has a Sydney track. Forza Horizon 3 as you mentioned... the training level in HITMAN (2016) was in Sydney but you wouldn’t know if they didn’t say as there’s no landmarks and it’s just on a boat

Overwatch has the Junkertown map set in the Australian outback and they have an Aussie and a Kiwi as playable characters
2:17:50 this is the first Ninja I've ever attempted because it's first (top left) on the list. I felt it was way too hard as a Ninja tutorial. Didn't notice it was a DLC track lol
I don't feel so bad for failing at cp0 now.

I was hoping to catch this stream (first run of the new DLC) but unfortunately I was stuck at work.
I've only been able to play the new DLC for about an hour but I still managed to find 2 of the new Squirrels, just while I was looking around the tracks and taking-in the theme of each one etc. (Similar to how you started this stream) but just wanted to point out that they still haven't changed the Total amount of Collectibles in our Stats in-game, it still shows 62, I thought they might have added the extra collectibles from the 2 DLC's by now !?
Anyway, hopefully I'll catch your next stream,

I'm kind of mixing it up between gears 5 and trials at the moment but what i will say is they did well with this dlc plenty of good tracks, the skill games are actually fun plus new ninjas.

52:45 only issue with first-person camera is that they’d have to go back and fill in all the areas that you weren’t meant to see for every track
i wouldn't care about that. If it was a special camera angle you had to select then i wouldn't care. way too much work otherwise.
The last red balls in The Gilded Coast (1:14:38) made me very angry and frustrated. What could I be missing?
Took me a while to get back to the video lol. My only issue with the dlc is that i really dislike that they put in a wipeout track.
They should put in a feature when you can test a bike for 20min before you buy one

Well, it's great that you can play on console, while on PC you still can't play the freaking DLC that I paid for in April. Game bugs out with an Easy Anti-Cheat error. Redlynx quality assurance strikes again.

The hard and extremes are incredibly awful to speedrun at a high level. The easy and medium tracks were so bland and boring in their driving lines it was so hard to get through. The tracks look beautiful and I like the locations but running them is terrible
Man if it’s not painfully obvious he’s using mods idk what would be. I play the 💩 out of this game... and have so many platinum medals... his bike responds on the dime, somethings a foot.
JBOM9000 are there even mods for this game?? Are you suggesting I use them? The reason I love this game has a because how much skill matters. I’ve played for over a decade and there are people that do things I can’t even fathom. But I know they are just better than I am and I respect the hell out of them. That’s not a weird flex or anything but I assure you there is no mods that do any of this. I have thousand + hours of gameplay footage across 3 Trials games so you can see every screw up and every mistake. Also if you’re getting platinums you have the skill to do this. I have just about every platinum since HD so I’ve had my fair share of practice!!
