@@lifestraight please read what I actually wrote. I didn't say 'condemning Black Lives Matter'. I was critical of the fact that hundreds of people went out and formed mass gatherings to demonstrate about BLM and in doing so they broke all the quarantine and lockdown rules which were there to protect ALL of our lives by limiting the spread of Covid. Those demonstrators were incredibly selfish because by doing what they did, ignoring the lockdown rules, they put hundreds of other people's lives at risk by spreading the virus. Many of those demonstraters would have been out 'clapping for the NHS' a few days before - to go out and do what they did was like a slap in the face of all the healthcare workers who have put their lives on the line. The selfishness and hypocrisy of those people just beggars belief. Our government was spineless in not ordering the police to disperse the crowds and break up the demos.
