Nice! People don't like to give Usher credit for being almost 40 (not that he even looks it, lol) but still going strong as far as dancing is concerned. I always see people saying "he should sit down" because there are younger guys doing the dance thing these days. I personally enjoy watching him because it's more so about finesse and precise delivery rather than fitting a 1000 acrobatics into choreography. The dancing in the Crash video looked so effortless but you wouldn't believe how much work he and his team put into it (see when he had trouble getting one move down for example).
