i love how link straight up doesn't even need the lie detector to be there; he just knows when rhett's lying too well by now.

During that sequence watch the paper showing Rhett's readings, it changes after the camera comes back to Link. Can't tell if it's just moving that fast or if it was edited.
Also 6:20, the polygraph dude says Rhett is lying but his reading on the paper have not changed, they are in the same position.
This is all fake. Look at the reading at 3:06 and 3:58, exactly the same. At 1:31 it is the same reading, only it was cut off before it finished. 13:29 again, same reading but cut off. And finally, the last 'lie" at 16:00. Still the same reading.

@@saramichele7366 It's not a magic lie detector. It works by detecting changes in your blood pressure and sweat. When we lie, or even tell a half truth it's hard to fake being calm about it. Maybe Rhett legit wants to be a Try Guy. Even if you tell the truth but the question makes you uncomfortable that can be read as deceptive. That's why these things arent admissible in court. They're not completely reliable.

Cuz polygraphs only detect physical signs of anxiety.
