the "walls" are just skeets of lava piling up at every eruption and since theres like 5 mins in between every eruption they dont have time to cool down but a thin dark crust on the outside so yeah they are like a pile of mud, when it gets too high its unstable and collapses, then rebuilds itself and so on
Or like pudding-crust... the harder the crust - the colder, harder it is - the more of a shell to keep in the inner-wall material hotter and more fluid.
Interesting how the recent lava coating is sloughed off periodically. No doubt the turbulence in the volcano's throat erodes the base away over time so there is no support for all that weight.
That was similar to day before yesterday same wall about equal in size maybe more dramatic. It's incredible to see how large these are...I can't help but think how many dump truck's worth of soil that is...100, 200 or more? And in a couple days it'll happen again.
Based on the 12 cubic meters per second flow rate, that's a little over 1 million cubic meters of lava per day. not sure how many cubic meters in a dumptruck...16? Anyway, more than you can truck away in a day.
I have the mbl livestream on pretty much constantly these past few days. It's amazing to watch it change so quickly. I'm really curious if anyone knows how tall the crater rim in this view is. It's hard to tell with nothing in the view to help set its scale.
Wow that is pretty big bc they volcano is almost 50m in height it turned to molten lava so fast! Alao if you make a hole in the volcano will lava come out?
There is an old geologist expression. “The more beautiful the land scape, the more more dynamic and violent the geological forces that created it”. Think of Nature as a long term home decorator. Looks bad initially, but looks amazing in a few hundred years.
I am basically glued to this volcano daily. Wish I could be there and get some samples for my rock collection anyone selling any?
Another absolutely spectacular video! I and many others appreciate the time and effort you put in to capturing and posting these videos
My goodness.. This shows the crater walls are basically lava gelly with a skin, no wonder these collapse now and then.
Exactly my thoughts!

Think meringue.
@@xtremelemon8612 it's like giving paint to the railing without waiting for it to dry from one brushstroke and the other, it will last a short time!
It's a lava-lanche. A lava avalanche 😄
Haha! Love it!!! 🌋
Ohhhh, now it looks all messy. Send some people up there n fix it please.😊
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🔧🌋🤣🔨🤣🛠
Interior design for a volcano 😣

That was crazy!
It is cool to see the formation of Tuya volcanoes and how the lava walls adhere and fall down. Wow...
Tuya volcanoes only form under an icepack/glacier not in the open air like this one
Awesome video ! the volcano is self destructing!
Yep that cycle of build and destruction
nothing is destroyed, everything is transformed
Amazing 🌋💜
Incredible. I dont understand how lava is flowing down from the same vent but it's higher than the other flow. Thank you for sharing the video

I love this volcano 🤘🏻
MELTING LAVA ROCK
Mother Nature recycling the earth 🌍 nothing gets wasted 🙏🌍😘
Beautiful video
Uh-oh, I think the djinn escaped 😮
That’s fantastic!
Awesome.
Awe-some! 👏👏🙋
Surprised it didn't erupt when the wall fell in as it usually does.
It did just before! I've seen it on a longer clip
aww this was awesome
WOW! 🌋
COOL!
is there any measurement?
🌋😲👍
👍❤️
How far is this camera from the volcano?

It's about 70 meters high
Just like what's been happening to my teeth during lockdown !!
sounds like the volcano is having a gravity issue .
"Get back in !"...
Oh, little Bob.
I wish I could have seen it all. The broken part was continuing to fall into the boiling part.

The section that broke is around 50m, the whole thing is nearly 200m tall. And it is red-hot rock the whole way through.
@@MaxIV77 wow
Just what I wondering, thank you 👍
Knew it would give
Ok, Mr. Knowitall!🤣🤣😋😘😘🍻
Oh just great. Who's going to clean up that mess?
Is this the same collapse as yesterday?
just proof it may look like solid rock but isn't. looks are deceiving.
If a fall like that blocks the throat, the pressure builds and leads to a bigger fountain. That's why the lava fountain is periodic.
greetings to all, in what country this is, I am from Brazil.
Where's Bob ?
He’lllijely be completely buried at some point.... He’s just a little mound now
Always started, never finished: sloppy job, nature.

Is this where Brendan Fraser got to the center of the Earth?
I think you need to clean your lens
