It also leaves out the fact, this is the majority shareholder not the CEO. Like this guy does have some legal responsibility and could catch some charges for not using his majority voting stake to enforce the laws.. but he's not actually in charge, Feras Antoon is, and that CEO is 100% legally responsible for all crimes committed at the corporation and solving the issue. Like they made a huge deal out of the fact he used anonymous ownership tactics, called incorporation (costs a couple hundred bucks) and is so commonly used that my disabled self does it to separate myself from debt, dodge government income limits, and get a better tax rate should I actually do well. After watching this video, my thoughts are what happens when you hold the man accountable? It's not a stretch to say that with half of Netflix's content uploaded in a single day there is no way that those videos are heavily regulated. It's simply too much. The main issue that I think everyone can agree on is that when someone complains about a video saying they themselves are in it, or someone is under age or acting against their will, the video in question needs to be taken down. I think that it gets complicated when you try to hold a man like Mr. Bergwhateverhisname is accountable for allowing that to happen, could you really hold him accountable for not responding to every message about an incident if supposedly half of Netflix's content is uploaded every day?
