I've been making this recipe sine I was a young kid 9 or younger. It's DELICIOUS 😋 My mom used to make it for us kids all the time. Got it from Her mother , and I don't know where her mother got it from...

WOW!! First of all, I want to compliment you on your excellent knife skills…very impressive! All 3 of your recipes look so delicious that I almost went to my kitchen to start prepping the eggplant & mushrooms I have! I can’t wait to try all of them! The only thing I’m missing is fresh ginger & Napa cabbage. I do have regular cabbage, but Napa will cook faster. The only changes I’ll make are probably because of personal preference, but I’ll use brown rice instead of white & I’ll probably add a splash or two of toasted sesame oil, as I got an intense & overwhelming desire for my favorite, local Chinese restaurant’s veggie fried rice while watching your video! You have definitely inspired me to try your awesome recipes, so thank you for sharing! 😃🇺🇸😋

I want to share the Manado fried rice recipe, North Sulawesi, Indonesia. Prepare rice, 3 chilies, 5 shallots, 1 garlic, 20 gr ginger. grind all ingredients together. Saute the ingredients, if you want to add sausage, chicken, or anything else you can add it. When the spices are cooked, add the rice. Don't forget salt and seasonings. Ready to eat.
