I want that lot type for story purposes. True you could use the haunted lot trait to make any lot haunted but I think the lot type may add something different the the lot trait

I don't think the haunted house is a lot trait, I assume it's like how they did the tiny home one so it's like an extension from the normal residential lot type

This is me as a sims stuff pack lol also this looks so awesome also me and sasha started dancing at the same time to the music lol. Also i love you so much Sasha you and some other sim youtubers made me love the sims 4 so much and my sisters played the sims 3 when they were kids and my sister now plays the sims 4 and everytime i go to her house i play it on her pc and when im home i play it on mine and i love it

There is a haunted lot trait, I've used it before. All that happens with that one is a ghost sometimes intrudes into your house and levitates an object and if your sims see the ghost they get stressed. But yeah already existed. I wish this pack came with the grim reaper job but it looks actually really cool so I'll take what I can get

We do have a haunted lot trait. That has ghosts randomly show up every so often, like the gremlin has things break every so often. However THIS is a full on haunted house, its not just a ghost showing up once a week or so.

I love the look of this, Im pondering creating Buffy Summers, i knoe she normally fights vampiers but she can tackle ghosts too.

I am kind of happy that it’s cute spooky because I like to play the Sims at night and sometimes I like to sleep without being haunted by a Sims spooky ghost.
