- This is the most expensive cocktail I made on this channel. Black truffle 1 oz cost more than $100
I infused it with Japanese Whiskey Hibiki. Made Clear Ice with Evian Spring Water. Added a few dashes of the black walnut bitters and a tiny amount of Cherry Syrup. Garnished with Gold Amarena Cherry.

Oh man the Hibiki is my absolute favorite Whiskey, I keep all the bottles of it because I find them so great looking and even "meaningful" if you know what it stands for, sadly it's not very known I feel like, at least I don't see it very often at others.

The thing that makes Evian so "premium" is historic versus modern. Now days, everyone and their dog bottles water. Evian was the first imported water to the US, being from the French Alps. It was first authorized for sale by the King of Sardinia in the early 1800's. Been around for a while, more than can be said for Dasani, Fiji or Voss ... Thus making it more "premium" by default.
