You need to visit a dermatologist, food might help some people but maybe you as other people need to make medical check-up due to body diseases or body conditions and many other factors that may cause acne. There's are a lot of different types of acne and reasons for it. I'm vegan and still have some but definitely not eating diary helps me to heal my skin condition and also my respiratory system.. Try it out.. Hope you are fine. Have a good day.
Mrs Styles I went vegan for the entire year and my breakouts were still as bad. 😢 My diet improved though, so there definitely were benefits.

I've been to different dermatologists multiple times within the last 3 years, all which have told me that most types of acne are genetic and due to young age! One dermatologist told me "there are 1000's of truckies out there eating buttery pastries and drinking iced coffee milkshakes right now who don't have a skin care routine but still have perfect skin".
Not in a bad way but she’s the one person who’s made me feel more confident with my dark circles there just as dark as hers I used to hate them but now I’m slowly trying to embrace them she makes them look so beautiful!

Thanks Taylor you are the only super model i look up to because you are so real and you showed thousands and millions of girls like me to be who we are and i love that because i know most of them are not comfortable coming in front of camera bare face so they already have the no make up make up on their skin and then they show they woke up like that.

I don't know, that's very sad actually. People have to find their very unique beauty and not compare themselves to someone who is fitted in every single beauty standard that society imposes (white - skinny - rich)

I was Reading the comments and just thinking the exact same thing! Why do women put themselves down So much.. there are So many beautiful women in the world. She is nog the only one;) inside and out!
