Personally, Iโm not going to see this woke garbage and these remakes are getting extremely repetitive, but I can totally see it being a box office success or a total flop. Itโs arguable people will go see it because of the fact(s) that itโs The Little Mermaid brand, that sheโs black (because people who are black will go and watch it), and that kids might like it. But itโs also arguable people wonโt see it because it doesnโt look good, some people donโt like these repetitive remakes, and of course they dislike the wokeness

It's pretty common for performers to have not seen the finished product including edits. So, yeah, it's pretty believable.

The ending was the one that got me. Before her public execution, she smiled to the crowd and screamed, "You want my treasure? You can have it! I left everything I gathered together in one place. Now you'll just have to find it!" It was truly a scene and should be viewed on a screen.

If Iโm being honest, this movie looks like it has more work put into it than the recent previous live action movies had.
Besides Jungle Book, Christoper Robin, Maleficent, Peteโs Dragon, Cruella and 101 Dalmatians, those were good live action movies.
