There are probably other properties that Junho owns that the public don’t know. Just so you know, for his solo activities alone, he did around 100 concert shows + having 114 copyrighted songs before he became a Superstar in Korea. If you add his 2pm activities, concerts, etc, you know the man is super loaded.

Korea, especially Seoul, has a high population density, so apartment houses are more common than detached houses!😊
There is no individual yard, but apartments are convenient in terms of management and security. Besides, detached houses are not easy to buy and sell, and the price doesn't go up well, so Koreans don't really choose them!
Except for the chaebol or top star's special mansions, apartments are generally more expensive.!😅

I hate to be the one to point out how ignorant your comment is, but I'm going to do it anyway.
"South Korea" is not only the city of Seoul. Soul is just its most major city. That's (for a very good example) like someone who's not from America, looking at videos of New York City and sincerely asking "Is there nowhere in America that's has luxurious houses with big yards? Does everyone in America live in railroad apartments and skinny brownstones?" Of COURSE not. How ridiculous.
I want to guess that you're American (maybe from Texas or the Midwest?), but I won't go there. You could be from a less populated part of anywhere, but I'm certain you're not from any density populated major city.
Seoul is a major city with a high population density like New York City, San Francisco, Chicago, London, or Tokyo. This part of Seoul (and the part that most all kpop idols and Kdrama stars live in) is the most central part of Seoul. The business center of the city. Like in Manhattan or the Hollywood & Studio City areas in Los Angeles, there are many TV and film studios and music entertainment companies, radio stations, company headquarter offices, and the financial district are all here. Major companies may have buildings in other major cities too, such as Busan and Degu (like they do in America in L.A. and Chicago). The entirety of Seoul is actually i think, laid out more like Los Angeles than NYC though, in that there's a central densely populated area like downtown L.A. (this part you see in this video with all the popular neighborhoods is much like the very central part of Los Angeles) and then the more urban sprawl areas surrounding that central area that are still part of the city of Los Angeles. There are lots of areas of Seoul which have houses and yards, but not right in this central, very condensed and popular part of Seoul. There have been idols and actors who have moved to farther out areas or areas just outside of soul and bought big houses with yards (the late idol/actress Sulli comes to mind), but for idols and actors (and both YoonA and Junho are both) who regularly go into the SM and JYPE headquarter buildings, as well as SBS, MBC, and the other TV station buildings and radio station buildings, as much as I love a house with a yard myself, I think it would be crazier to live farther out and constantly have a far commute for literally almost every professional commitment you have. That would be like working on Wall Street and living in Long Island... you could do it, or, since you have the money, you could just buy a huge, swanky condo in the financial district overlooking a nice park or something like that. If you want to see inside of some of these condos, there are lots of videos on here of what the condos in the buildings that the members of BTS own look like. A lot of those are similar prices to these. Actually, BTS' Jungkook is building a house right now in the neighborhood of Itaewon. He owns a house there already but is building a bigger one, which will probably have a yard for his dog. So there you go. There's one hose with a yard (there's a video of that on here. I don't remember if it's on this channel or another).
Another reason that actors and idols live in these high rises is security. These multi-million dollar condos are highly secure, which is important for all idols who tend to have at least, if not many obsessive fans who would no doubt try to get onto their property. And since it's much more densely populated than Los Angeles, it's harder to see and thwart potential intruders, like it would be in Beverly Hills or Bel Air in Los Angeles or somewhere like that (which is why a lot of Hollywood stars live in those areas and not actually in Hollywood or downtown or central Los Angeles).
There are areas with traditional Korean houses (called Hanok) in Seoul, and you can see these if you look up "Hanok Village", as they are preserved neighborhoods. Some of them have turned into Bed and Breakfasts ("Hanok Stay" I just watched a video on here the other day showing a huge Hanok with a huge yard in Soul overlooking the city), and some have turned into Cafes ("Hanok Cafes"). There are also newly constructed Hanok houses (but with smaller lot lines than many of the originals) on the outskirts of Seoul.
Korea (like Japan, and not unlike the U.S.) is a country where big industry flourished in big cities, so many people moved from the countryside to the major cities for better economic opportunities. So while there are only a few major cities, like in Japan and in the U.S., or Canada, there are tons of medium-cited cities, smaller cities, big, medium, and small towns, and in all of those places you can find large houses with large yards. Some properties I've seen videos of are as large as any large American property, with many acres of land, and sometimes multiple buildings on the property, where other family might live, or one building might be used for a business like a cafe or a store or a barn or something like that.
If you investigate more via Google and KRplus, you'll come to find more similarities between many different countries, than differences, I think.

People lived both in large and small Hanok, which are the traditional style Korean houses, before the area that is Seoul became density populated. Even the small Hanok seem to have some small yard or courtyard space. The large Hanok that I imagine wealthier people owned, are often the ones you see now as Hanok Cafes or Hanok Stays, or museums you can visit that show off the house and yard and architecture..As space became tighter and tighter in Seoul, those kinds of large homes weren't built in the city center anymore for the most part, it seems, just as the large properties in Manhattan would be places like Hamilton Grange (which is there and you can visit it - it's a museum now) where Alexander Hamilton lived. A lot of single-family home mansions of yesteryear, were divided into multiple apartments or condos.

Here's a modern Hanok house (the word "hanok" previously just meant "house", but now it's used to describe the the architecture style of traditional Korean homes that were first constructed in the Joseon Dynasty in the 14th century, specifically). I don't know where in South Korea this one is. It could be in Seoul, but if so, it's not in the central part where all of those high rises are.
Another reason stars tend to live in high rises, besides security and location to their companies,, is amenities. While you could have a yard and home gym and office in a Hanok, in a multi-million dollar condo, you could have a large gym, indoor and outdoor pool, multiple yards, an event space with a commercial kitchen, a cafe, day care, and other things like that that you can enjoy without having to maintain them, which is convienent for actors and idols who work a lot and travel for work a lot and are probably not spending lots of time at home.
