They might and might not. They'll probably have to wait for the manhwa to release more chapters before creating a second season so it won't end on a cliff-hanger because we're still just building up to the climax (in the manhwa). A lot of Korean dramas and BLs don't do 2nd seasons (which is so sad omfg) but I do hope we get SOMETHING.
if we get a season 2, it'll have to be after seoham is finished with his military service. that'll take probably like 2 yrs?? in a recent interview seoham said he'd love to film season 2 after his enlistment is done and that he'd like it to be 10 eps and to film in USA. lets hope that watcha srill wants to do season 2 by that time 🥲

@@nakamotoyuta2774 we're getting a kbl with 10 eps and 30mins/ep that will start filming soon. kbl are slowly getting longer in time, so maybe in 18 months (the time of seoham's service) when he comes back from the military we'll already have rlly long kbl and they'll do a long season 2. HOPEFULLY 😭 it all depends on if watcha wants to do it 👁👁
@@bbe3essttiiee I would probably end up crying because out of all recent kbl’s (2021-2022) the longest one in terms of eps and mins to me is Light On Me and i HOOOPPE that has a season 2. I would love the season 2 of Semantic Error even more if that happens. Let’s hope together 🤞

There's no doubt that Semantic Error is the biggest BL in Korea right now, because even I, an avid K-drama fan, was first introduced to BL through it. In my opinion, the biggest plus of the show is the great story-line and directing especially regarding realistic character behaviours. The actors really brought each character to life and what the biggest contribution to its success would be their attitudes towards it. They knew the implications it could have on their careers but skill worked hard as any actor would. They are not awkward with each other and have a great relationship off-screen.
I hope many people watch this cuz I believe it is great queer representation in mainstream media. Best wishes to both actors' futures and hope to see more from the directors and film staff (hopefully in a season 2...?)

Watcha seriously did a good job casting them. The chemistry is just so good, and the drama is really well produced too. I wish they will make Someone Else's as a series, it's a manhwa from Tappytoon. I seriously think that can be their next project and broaden more perspectives too since the main leads have various characteristics too.
