Either way it doesnt justify what happened in LA after the cops were found innocent ( which yes I think was bull shit) Violence + Violence doesnt = peace. We all have made judgments of others because of the media, conditioning, the news, movies, etc. None of us are perfect. It's recognizing that we do size people up on sight only, and we need to remind ourselves to recheck ourselves to not view others who dress or look different with any preconceived notions. I understand exactly what you meant. Opening our minds and hearts to differences is work but necessary for everyone. No one is immune to being judgemental ALL of the time.

Yes. You'd think the black guy who was supposed to give me a quote to add on to my policy at progressive would've just helped me, but instead he put me on hold for 5 minutes, then came back and said he wasn't going to help me and transferred me to a white person. You'd think the black female cashier would've just rang up my groceries, but no, she had to tack on additional charges, just because she hated my skin color. This is so rampant; we really should not be supporting these corporations that are allowing this behavior.
