I met a guy who was a mix of black, Mexican and native. He looked extremely like a Middle Eastern because of it but you could tell he wasn't Middle Eastern when he spoke. That fucker was extremely American. I even had a friend from Syria who moved here to the US. He was more American then most people I met who were born here. He ate all kinds of meat. Loved fried chicken. Hunted. Loved guns. Could drink like a fish swimming in vodka and if there wasn't kids around he would not really hold back on cussing like a sailor from time to time. He was taking a college class for engineering while working a part time job at a car factory and always had a American flag in his room and he's only been in the US for about 10 years. He speaks almost perfect English as well. Every once in a while he will not know what word to use or phrase but that's not unexpected he learning every day. It's a bitter sweet thing to see a person who was from Syria be more American then most people who were born here.
