I'm sorry but school these days have it in place that if a child fights back they will be suspended with the bully! It's a very dumb rule and I refuse to have my kids follow that rule. There is no way my kids are going to sit by and let someone hurt them! My household doesn't follow that rule but I also teach my kids not to bully others! 🏫 is ridiculous these days!
I really do agree with you. I am against bullies, I have a son that was getting bullied until the bullies found out who I am. Because I am a well trained martial artist. So now I am teaching bully victims to stand up against bullies. So that way they get that confidence to overcome fear against bullies. My son's best friend had it worse. So he came home with bruises and cuts. So his mother knew about me. And she needed someone to train her son how to defend himself. So I considered her request to take her son as a my personal student of the martial arts. Now he is pretty confident about himself lately. And I am very proud of him. Because one time some bad ass kid tripped my son and my student stood up for my son and was defending my son. So my student pushed him back. Then he said leave my best friend alone. He said to my student what are you going to do about it? Then he said to the bully non of your business. So the bully walked away. I told my student remember if that bully crosses your line show no mercy! Make the bully feel pain 10 times more then what he has done to his victims. But remember, wait until he attacks you. Then show no mercy! That is what I believe.

I was quiet, shy and never bothered anybody when I was in grade school but the school bully (known to be one) cold cocked me so hard that I almost lost consciousness but my adrenaline kicked in and I blacked out and beat the hell out of him. I was defending myself but we both got suspended. That was his first and last time him or anyone else ever bullied me (word got around about me)! Not only that, he never bullied anyone else after because the kids in school finally saw somebody beat the breaks off of him. That ass whoppin' humbled his ass real good. It's not just "these days," this kind of crap has been allowed to happen in schools for a long time. Now at least we are starting to speak out against chalking it up to "boys will be boys." In the 19th century boys were expected to get in fights every day, and their parents would be concerned that they wouldn't grow up to be real men if they didn't get into fights.
This is why you gotta teach your kids to fight. My mom literally told me if they hit me first, knock they ass out. And even if the school suspend me, I won't get punished at home, as long as I didn't start it.

Yes, take off your job or get out that bed and come and hear how your child bullied my daughter. My daughter is not a fighter, she would not fight back. Before moving her to a different school, I found out that you can put a stay away order on the child who is doing the bullying and they won't be able to be around your child, therefore they can't return to the school. That was my next move. My heart goes out to that family, be strong, son!

These issues are heartbreaking my son went through this too, the bullies threatened to rape him, they had a history of hitting him on the bus I put Illinois in martial arts, he defended himself and was punished the system was backwards and I went to the board of education threatened to get our attorney involved eventually the provided him an administrative transfer to a better school with a zero assault history it’s time we as parents step all the way in I’m sick of hearing about children harming themselves feeling like there is no escape from bullies it’s not ok.
