    the congestion on the HRBT will be EPIC. As well as the train crossing Granby St. in Norfolk being a headache

    I think it’s our responsibility as a community to step up to the plate and help in any way we can. It saddens me to see so many comments about how this will inconvenience us personally. If this was a bridge in our area I’m sure we would all appreciate other cities doing what they could to help during our time of hardship.
