The diversity is amazing.

I love Portsmouth, I moved here from California, I fell in love with its people, culture and slightly damaged struggles, but after seeing this I feel left out!
If you mix 20% white with an 80% Cherokee Indian they look Caucasian. If you mix 20% white with an African American, they STILL look African American. Why is it everywhere I go, I am constantly being confused as a majority (when in actuality I am the furthest thing from that)? I’d love to be a part of this new and inspiring group of strong women… but would I be welcomed? Please understand this is not just about me, it’s about all Indigenous women who want very much to be apart of these new and exciting events, in these new and innovative times, in our history .
