This is why people should be careful when signing to companies, especially the small ones because they are more likely to be a scam or treat you really bad and then blackmail you by saying they won’t debut you.

Very interesting topic. It's so sad that many idols go through this type of situations.

Many of us thought that are so many groups/idols have talent but their deserve more. Maybe the circumstances were not the best, but I really hope, that none of you think you're doing wrong or is your fault.
You and the rest, gave the best! CP really deserve more, but that's why many of us stay here, supporting.

Wow! This is fascinating and important information for both trainees/hopefuls AND fans to know. Thank you for hosting and sharing this! It makes me remember idols or groups who had stories of sketchy companies just like this. I wish someone had been able to warn those idols and their families. Just terrible and sad because now most of those people are no longer promoting. I won't name names.

안녕하세요 선배님 이 댓글을 보실지는 모르겠지만 작년에 회사랑 계약하고 앨범을 냈는데요 계약금은 받지 않았어요 요즘은 계약금이 위반이라고 하시더라구요..그런데 제가 활동을 하면서 정신적으로 아프게 돼서 현재 활동을 쉬고 있는데 회사랑 계약 해지를 하려면 법적 싸움을 해야하는걸까요..?? 저는 그럴 돈이 없거든요..유튜브 보면서 느낀게 저도 노예 계약인가 싶고 그러네요ㅠㅠ 너무 걱정돼요...선배님! 제 본 계정으로 디엠보냈는데요 거짓말 아니고 진짜예요ㅠㅠㅠ이 댓글을 보는 누구라도 아시는게 있으시면 알려주실 수 있으신가요....?

잘은 모르지만 소송으로 가기 전에 우선 계약의 당사자인 회사와 먼저 컨택해서 타협을 해보고, 여의치 않을 경우 대립되는 입장을 정확히 정리한 뒤 변호사나 대리인을 찾으시는게 맞아요. 쓰신 글로는 무슨 상황인지 전혀 모르겠지만, 입장이나 상황을 정확히 한 후 변호사를 컨택해야 수월하게 도움받을 수 있을거예요. 무료 변호사상담도 찾아보면 있으니 알아보시고요, 변호사가 필요할 정도의 사건이 아닌 경우일 수도 있으니 가능한 선에서 최대한 알아보고 행동하시는게 비용을 아낄 수 있어요. 모쪼록 잘 해결하시길...

9:13 참고하셔서 계약 해지 관련 자료 준비하시고, 법적 관련 사항이니 변호사님께 자문을 구하시는 게 가장 좋을 것 같아요.
무료로 해주는 곳도 있고 저렴한 곳은 10만원~20만원 정도로 크게 비싸지 않다고 해요.
평생에 달린 문제인데 너무 겁먹지 말고 차근차근 준비해 보세요.

Thank you for providing English translation again. Yaaay! It's good advice to have contracts checked by an outside lawyer and stay away from those contracts that must be signed right away.
