Правильное питание.
Главное в проблеме правильного питания - соблюдение основного этического принципа - непричинения вреда.
Если бы тем людям с детства объясняли про эволюционную значимость жизни каждого кузнечика, паучка, муравья, даже травинки, цветка, про святость любой чужой жизни... то и войн было бы меньше.
Изучив научную литературу по физиологии питания и убедился в том, что в телах животных нет ни одного нужного человеку компонента пищи, которого бы не было также и в растительных продуктах плюс в молоке и изделиях из него, а также яйцах.
О еде.
Чем же питаться? Как лучше составить рацион для себя и семьи? Ведь у каждого свои привычки.
Питание наше должно быть сбалансированным, в молоке и яйцах есть все необходимые человеку так называемые «незаменимые» аминокислоты - важнейшие составные компоненты белков. Про яйца в вегетарианстве скажу так: яйца, которые мы едим, - это всего лишь яйцеклетки. Первое - постулат о том, что яйца есть нельзя по этическим соображениям: ведь из них могли бы вылупиться цыплята! Но из яиц, производимых на птицефабриках, цыплята получиться никак не могут. Самки которого несутся неоплодотворёнными яйцами, то есть без помощи петухов.
Использование молока или яиц гарантирует качественность питания с точки зрения его белковой полноценности. Если же нет ни молочных продуктов, ни яиц - надо стараться разнообразить другие виды пищи, особенно те, которые входят в группу «белковых».
Личный набор из четырёх продуктов: рис, грибы, яйца, томаты (свежие или в виде соусов, паст, кетчупов). Плюс к этому добавить картофель, майонез, зелень, морковь, пшеничный хлеб, варенье, ягоды, сливочное и растительное масла, сыр и прочее. Такая диета сытна, даёт достаточно энергии для любой работы.
… Зачастую, люди, которые никогда раньше не задумывались о том, что едят, выслушав проповедь о сострадании и согласившись с ней, вдруг спохватываются: а что же есть-то, если не рыбу да мясо?!
Первое: как правило, в нашем рационе желательно иметь все пять групп питательных элементов: белки, жиры, углеводы, витамины, микроэлементы.
Белки, жиры и углеводы содержатся одновременно практически в каждом естественном продукте: молоке, любом зерне, любом овоще и т.д. - но в разных соотношениях.
К «белковым» продуктам относятся молоко и молочно-кислые изделия, творог, сыр, яйца, орехи, грибы, соя, горох, фасоль, бобы.
Наибольшую ценность в обеспечении организма белком, представляют те продукты, которые содержат полные наборы именно «незаменимых» аминокислот. А это - молоко и яйца.
К углеводистой пище относят все овощи, фрукты, ягоды, крупы, зелень, варенье, мёд… При этом, растительные тела и зёрна богаты клетчаткой, важной для нормальной работы кишечника, и витаминами, особенно С и группы В, а сахара дают, в том числе, быстро утилизируемую организмом энергию.
Общеизвестной сейчас является информация о том, что очень нужные организму витамины группы В содержатся в хлебе. Но важно знать, что в хлебе из муки высших сортов их почти не остаётся, как и белков. Намного полезнее сорта хлеба «грубого помола» или с добавлением отрубей.
То же - и о рисе. Гораздо полезнее рис не шлифованный, ибо именно он содержит большое количество витаминов группы В, а также белок.
Любопытный факт, о котором не многие знают: жиры в пищеварительной системе вначале расщепляются на жирные кислоты, но потом, если им предстоит быть отложенными в теле «про запас», то те жирные кислоты вновь объединяются в структуры жиров, идентичные первоначальным. А такие структуры - видоспецифичны. Так например, если некто обожает свиной жир, то именно из свиной плоти состоят жировые отложения в его собственном теле. Иначе говоря, его тело в значительной мере становится свиным.
Собственные же - человеческие по химическому составу - жиры образуются в наших телах из углеводов.
Углеводы - это и сахара, и крахмалы. Достаточное их количество мы получаем из семян злаков, из овощей, фруктов и т.д.
Белки, жиры и углеводы содержатся одновременно практически в каждом естественном продукте: молоке, любом зерне, любом овоще и т.д. - но в разных соотношениях.
Питание наше должно быть сбалансированным, в молоке и яйцах есть все необходимые человеку так называемые «незаменимые» аминокислоты - важнейшие составные компоненты белков.
Микроэлементами очень богата морская капуста.
Отмечу ещё, что люди, которые, удовлетворяя своё чревоугодие, питаются телами убитых животных, должны быть готовы к тому, чтобы потом не обижаться за собственную боль. Да, так нас Бог учит Любви.
Причина рака, например (наряду: с курением, алкоголем, агрессивными эмоциями) - и от чревоугодного питания: как мясом, так рыбой и моллюсками...
Человек, по своей биологической природе, - не хищник. Но многие люди - по своей воле или из подражания другим - делают себя хищниками.
Многие люди совсем не задумываются, как получаются, например, колбаса, сосиски… Они гладят кошечек и собачек, умиляются птенчиками или пушистыми зверьками. А потом они же хвастаются сделанными из них дорогими шубками… или едят их в качестве еды (тогда как необходимости для выживания в этом нет).
Всё это - как в «параллельных мирах» для них существует…
Большинство людей, например, не готово представить своих любимых питомцев - вкусной едой.

I'm vegetarian and this is one of the few YT channels I watch regularly.
All the dishes look mouth watering and I'm sure people who have the privilege to taste them enjoy them very much.
I love this channel mostly because of its outstanding photography, and its video and sound quality.
Watching it on a high resolution large monitor makes the experience very immersive and can feel the atmosphere of the place and the authenticity of the people involved.
