I love watching the process of raw wood into something beautiful right out of someone's imagination or pure inspiration from the wood! I do agree with the comments on the tie-ins on the top side. It's a tried & true solution, but esthetically, I would've used them on the underside.

You created a beautiful table. My only preference would be to have the bowties on the underside of the table or at least make bowties out of matching wood. Good job, i would be proud to own this table❤

So beautiful! I have a hall tree, coffee & side tables made from walnut and cedar trees I had to have cut down on my property in Arkansas. The trees were beautiful, but had to go from their location. A friend turned their wood into beautiful furniture for me that will last for generations. I am thankful for those of you that can woodwork masterpieces like these.

It’s beautiful. The ties are symmetrical with the location to the pattern. They also break up the manotony of the same color wood. I commend you on a fantastic piece!

Instead of the bow ties, I would have the connectors in a leaf shape to accent the floral shapes of the petals in a darker contrasting wood.

That is beautiful work but I wish you had concealed the unsightly joins by turning the table top over and making the visible joins the underside.If I was lucky enough to own that table ,I would certainly unscrew the top to turn it over and fill the remaining screw holes so the top of the table could be enjoyed without the jarring angular bow tie insertions disrupting the swells and curves of the lovely wood grain.
