What a turnaround!

Even though I'm German I'm very happy for Gauzy. He was my very first favorite player back in the day, I even have his Gauzy blade :)
I know that he accumulated tough losses in recent years resulting in mental instability and losing confidence (similar to Alexis Lebrun atm).
So this obviously means a lot to him. Great comeback in the 3rd game

Further, WTT only cares about sponsors, not viewers or covering our sport properly. That can be the only reason for the side angle...to have larger ads. If they have a normal live camera angle, they could have overlay ads for the sponsors pop up. Maybe if we all stop watching matches with this angle then WTT will change and stop ruining what would otherwise be great matches to watch

l • l WTT - 4 years and counting of covering the worlds fastest sport like its a pong video game l • l. These are the incompetent people that the ITTF sold its soul to and allowed to destroy any hope of the sport being taken seriously and catching on with new fans and players.. We must all stop watching any of their coverage from that horrible side angle if theres any chance of them changing and showing all events from a normal angle. Everything was great before WTT came along. Picture quality does not matter if you still cannot follow the action.

Dang Qiu played below his high condition. Simon just played his usual, not much thrilling.
