Indeed, if you ignore all other parts of being a vegan and vegetaria; taste, appearance and feel of those products is the big thing keeping people from eating them more. What we got now are alternatives, not replacements. But this is exciting if it can literally replace meat and you wouldn't know the difference, but it'd be better on a grander scale.

Ill probably never go vegan since I do like my dairy, but cutting down on meat (maybe fish not as much) is still a priority. Lost some weight too.
