Well, with proofing oven time you could have it in about 8 hours' work if you have the simple ingredients in. OK the prosciutto I don't know about freezing, but the rest, you could have in.

When I saw Mutti tomato cans I knew that this is a serious place. They import it from Italy and it's the second best after a fresh tomato!

2 liters of oil for every pizza: oil in the dough, oil in the sauce, oil to let it rest, oil to bake, Jesus.
oil on the sides to prevent it from sticking, and even added oil on top of the pepperoni slice.

To be fair, I love baking bread and of course pizza, and you use a lot of oil, you put oil in the dough so it has a soft texture, I do the sauce from scratch, and don’t put oil in it, but the actual recipe requires to fry onions, garlic and tomato to make the sauce, you have to put oil on the dough while the fermentation happens because if not it will be soo dry, and well it’s supposed to go straight into the oven so no oil, but street food usually fry everything haha
For this variation of pizza you need to add this oil for two things: increase the doughs height plus malleability. Otherwise it would be a complete mess. Jesus? you have no freaking idea how this variation of pizza works and fyi is delicious

@@eyeball226 for neapolitan pizza you use 0,2% to flower content of yeast and the dough will have a lot time to ferment. You can see this is a high yeast dough with low fermentation time just by looking at the end result. Great for sweet pastries, bc the slightly sour yeast taste goes well with the sugar, but you dont want it in a pizza.
@@rainerzufall5916 That's true, but using less yeast to start just slows the fermentation down. By the time it's fermented you have more yeast anyway because the yeast multiplies.
@@eyeball226 you still dont habe the yeasty flavour of a high yeast dough. Fermentation is more complex than just yeast, that is growing. A high yeast content dough wouldnt even be able to ferment over 2 days.
