I think this is my first over comment on anything related to Korean street food... Looks perfect! Usually I'm not into these videos because they're too over the top for me. Meaning food is packed with too many condiments and extras. I like combining flavors by with rich food I personally more like to taste and enhance the main flavor rather drown it.

1. How tf is the steak still medium rare after all that
2. The amount of butter they used made me feel good about the how much i use
3. That was fried in butter not boiled
4. The time and prep for this is insane and i respect the creativity
it is more like rare, since the plate has no heating despite the degree of the butter I guess it cools down too quick

But no heat retention from the plate so it doesn't really cook the meat inside

Same, I was looking at the final process like "WAIT WHY ARE THEY COOKING IT SO LONG IN THIS HOT OIL?? IT'S GONNA BE OVERDONE" then magically it's perfect
5. They cooked off and removed all the milk solids from the butter, basically just turning it into oil with extra steps.

For the record, there is one restaurant selling these kind of steak in Korea, which happens to be on the other end of the country from where I live. So no, we Koreans don't eat those...

All jokes aside, this is one of the most creative ways I've ever seen a steak prepared. Seared on cast iron, smoked, sliced, then fried and basted in boiling clarified butter. Still ending up perfectly rare at the end. Kudos to the chef
