김준성 일반적인 오개념인데요. 주방에서 사용중인 기름의 색은 청결도, 신선도, 맛, 산도와 선형적인 연관이 없습니다. 가정에서야 하얗고 투명한 상태에서만 사용하기 때문에 저 정도 색도 용납하기 어렵겠지만 실제로는 무엇을 튀겼느냐에 따라 몇번만 튀겨도 색이 쉽게 변합니다. 색이 잘 나오는 튀김반죽을 사용하면 그래요. 또한 반대로 색을 크게 변화시키지 않는 감자튀김 등만 조리한다면 며칠을 써도 저것보다 나은 노란빛을 띕니다. 물론 새까만 수준의 기름은 무엇을 튀겻건 탄것이 누적되어 생기는 색이라 폐유로 보는게 맞습니다. 치킨집 기름이 저 색이라면 하루 이내의 깨끗한 기름으로 생각하는것이 타당합니다.

OMG, Delicious😋 I love chicken wings, I eat them 5 days a week and chicken gizzards I love as well. Have to be careful with the gizzards tho, they real easy to over cook if your not careful. But my mouth is watering right now, look sooooo goooooood. 🤤🤤🤤
