hahaha cuando estes alli, no duras ni un mes, La cultura japonesa es super inclusiva, jamas te aceptarian como uno de alli, la cultura japonesa esta super estructurada, y hay muchisimas cosas de la cultura occidental que ellos no aceptarian y te mirarian como un loco, ademas la cultura japonesa es muy individualistas, la mayoria de los japoneses no hablan ingles y nadie habla espanol, si intentas comunicarte con ellos en un lenguaje que nos ea japones se apartan de ti, te seria practicamente imposible encontrar pareja alla, a no ser que pagues a una prostituta, la cultura Japonesa es muy individualista te encontrarias practicamente sin amigos ni pareja . No es todo tan bonito como se pinta en la television, japon sufre un numero muy alto de suicidios , hay una division altisima en cuanto a clases sociales, y un estranjero jamas sera considerado como uno mas de alli aunque hables japones.

its kind of hard to know if the are actually very clean or not, by using gloves, you're not constantly washing your hands, the cleanliness really depends on how often they change gloves or get them clean.
for context i really hope the person working on the pork belly changed gloves after rubbing on the condiment, o at least that she/he didn't manipulate the veggies/greens, cross contamination is no joke
