I'm so glad that Bobby gets to experience this trip to Korea. Out of all the boys, Bobby seems the most excited and most appreciative at this opportunity. Also, I must say that these boys are very fortunate to have such a good man and role model as Mr. Smith. Even after these boys graduate, grow up, and live their lives, they will always remember Mr. Smith and what a positive reinforcement he has made in these boys lives. Well done Mr. Smith! There are not many people like you in the world who truly make a difference in a child's life!

Right! This is probably why this is the only “try foods” type series that I actually like. My biggest pet peeve is people that deem other cultures’ foods disgusting, make gagging noises, etc. just because they aren’t used to a certain food. I love how these guys have been so respectful literally since they were young children. They were raised well. Love to see people open to learning and enjoying other cultures.

미국서 캠핑을 갔는데 저녁은 역시 k바비큐로 먹는데 옆 스팟에 놀러온 젊은 미국인들 중 한명이 걸어오더니 냄새가 너무 좋아서 궁금해서 왔다 무슨 요리인가? 하고 묻자 바로 지인들이 삼겹살부터 항정살, 소고기 부위에다가 쌈장에 상추에 마늘하고 볶음김치 그냥 챙겨줄 수 있는 거 다 챙겨주고 거기에 소주까지 챙겨줌. 어떻게 먹는지 보여주고 먹여주기도 하고 한잔 짠 까지 같이하고 보냄ㅋㅋㅋ
담날 아침에 그 쪽 친구들 다 와서 고맙다고 넘 잘 먹었다고 인사하고 자기네들이 아침용으로 챙겨왔다면서 파이 한판 주면서 고기 이름이랑 쌈장, 소주 물어보고 폰에 적고 자기네 동네에서 그나마 가장 가까운 한인마트 위치까지 구글맵에 찍어서 감ㅋㅋㅋ

I am just so charmed by Armand and Max. Their friendship and their enthusiasm are simply endearing. And Mr. Smith, too. Just as enthusiastic as the boys, and so supportive and caring. This series really is very wholesome!

I can't wait for them to do the palace tours and hanboks, and the traditional sit on the floor restaurants. Would love to see them visit the traditional village near bundang. Also they need to try dalkgalbi and andong jimdalk or gamjatang. Those are my favorites that I still dream about after moving out of Korea. And coco Ichibanya curry!! I know it's Japanese but it's truly amazing. Essentially I just want to vicariously relive my time there through them. Lol.
The two episodes where they invited someone to the fish market and they ate huge meals based on seafood were marvelous.
I wish they'd gone there. I'm not sure they did.
But this episode was fun so i'm still very hyped
