@@Midnight0Mistress Man, Asian hate has been ubiquitous since the early 90s (and likely before). It's why cultural appropriation is such a touchy subject as many people have been bullied over their culture or just the food they eat. For that reason I'm thankful for channels like these for normalizing different food cultures and not fetishizing it like how some programs on Netflix does.
I'm not even Korean myself (Singaporean here) and yet reading your comment made me emotional, it's sad how so much of the West has such Asian hate.
If anything asians are hated on the most. But because we are not loud and make a big fuzz about it. People think we are weak. I would say that the only people that respect us, are the latinos.
Never let anybody tell you that you are not special...Im white and although many people nowadays have things to say about that I choose to see the best in people and just treat everyone the best that I can. Chin up! Asian culture is amazing and you should be very proud no matter what.

As a Korean, I've always enjoyed watching both 영국남자 and Jolly videos; the sheer warmth you guys exude as you interact with so many different people and the genuine passion for Korean culture but also sharing it has always made me smile! I started watching five years ago as I entered high school as a freshman around the "The FUNNIEST game EVER!! (FULL VERSION!)" video and I'm now going to be graduating in a few months, which is crazy! But looking back, throughout those years, there were so many moments where both channels made me proud to be Korean but also grateful that someone out there, non-Korean, was sharing Korean culture. It really goes to show how important and valuable media can be. You guys are truly the epitome of what a good youtube channel is, passionate, responsive, thoughtful, consistent, and a hundred other great qualities. In Korean there's a saying "믿고보는 ____" meaning trust and watch, in that the work/content is always great that if something new comes out you trust that it'll be good and you guys to me are a 믿고보는 체널. You guys have inspired me to be more open to other cultures, embrace my own, and generally be more positive and I doubt that others wouldn't agree that they were inspired in similar ways. I'm not from UK and I've never been to Korea, but I still got to try lot of Korean food thanks to you guys, it always looks so good. So I try to search what is available where I live. Some things from the store or some recipes online. Who would have thought that I will be sitting in my living room in Czech Republic eating homemade hotteok or drinking makgeolli with friends? :D
I would love to travel to SK and experience the culture and food and you're a big reason for that. Your passion really shines trough all of your videos.
My family and I are the same way; we love trying different food from all cultures. If I do say so I make a mean Jajangmyeon! LOL I live in a small area in Southern California and we just had, like 2 days ago, a Korean Fried Chicken place open! I can't wait to get over there this weekend. Question: What is a good dish to try from the Czech Republic?
Makgeolli is my favorite drink cause of these guys. Korean summer are brutal.
My husband and I also do this. We expanded from Korean Englishmen to watching Chef and My Fridge and now we're going in to so many different markets to try out foods from everywhere. It's been spectacular.

Changing the menu every week is such a great idea. Would love to see Korean Fried Chicken added in it too. People's reactions will be wild. If finances are well then you can also add a pop-up restaurant (seats and tables) for just 1-2 days a week and maybe even sell Korean Barbeque. You can add different Korean Snacks every week as well on side shelves/stands, if side shelves/stands are there.

Visited the kiosk last Friday, on a day trip to london. First time trying kimchi cheese toast, and I was not disappointed. Also the location of the kiosk is good, because you get a good atmosphere around the area. WouldLove to try the street toast, but I’m vegetarian and can’t handle eggs. But would love in the future for custom street toast option, if possible. Can’t wait to visit again, to have kimchi toast again 😊👍
Actually kimchi isn't vegan food originally. Fish sauce is one of the ingredients.
I live in Germany, never been to Korea, and am literally thinking about going to London for a day or two just so that I can try the Korean toast, lol. They really hyped Korean food up on this channel and honestly, it looks delicious.

I just wanted to say a BIG thank you to both of you! I’m almost 52 and I lived in Japan in the mid 90s for 4 years. I met my husband there who was based in the US NAVY there. I would never ever have realised without your show, not only how similar both cultures are, as well as their mannerisms, politeness and some of the language, but now thanks to all your food content, and how delicious the food is/looks and the friendliness of the country in your video…I’ve now added South Korea onto my bucket list, instead of a sayonara to Japan…unless I have time afterwards, of course! I have enjoyed all your videos. This has a lot to do with your close friendship and how lovely and caring you both are. Waiting for more surgery, so watching all your videos is helping pass the time and give myself a laugh as well. Hands down for me, the water park in Korea with all the lads. I was crying with laughter. Good luck with all your future film making and I thank you. P.S. my favourite restaurant in Yokohama?? Korean BBQ! So now we go all around the world when we can!

When it’s coming into the summer please do special weeks with different types of Korean food like tteokbokki. I really hope you get more people on the team to keep this going. My company is getting an office near kings cross soon and I really hope this is still here. Because of this channel I have fallen in love with Indomie Mi Goreng and have made my own tteokbokki. I have fallen in love with Korean food and can’t wait to try more. Planning a trip to New Malden soon just to try as much food as I can. Love both your channels so much

What i love about you guys is.. you can actually charge abit higher for the toast price.. but you didn't.. you actually can do that, taste wise and the cost from the bread that you have to get em directly from korea. Also you guys are famous and pretty sure lots of people considered you well known youtuber. This famous people usually charge their product abit higher from what usually is bcs of their brand. But you guys didn't 😭
I am in Southern California and love what you guys do. I have been following all three channels for a while now from the beginning to now. I am glad to see you are all doing so well and look forward to all of your new videos. I have been heavily influenced to try Korean food from restaurants out here to what I can get at our local Korean supermarkets and make at home. Your videos influence more than people in London.
Tonight I used Korean Chicken batter to make Korean Fried Chicken, Korean Fried Shrimp and Korean Fried Green Onions. I made the batter a little bit lighter for the shrimp and it tasted better than the chicken. The green onions were also great. Like onion rings but the distinct green onion taste.
Thanks to you I now love kimche. I did not like it cold but love it grilled.
I hope you guys can get a full restaurant going at some point. It would make some great videos.

I feel like you guys can take this up to the next step. Start opening up kiosks near major stations. And then open up Korean toast cafes. Sooner or later, you guys will be the CEO of the biggest toast franchise in the UK.
Edit: Also, at the same time, keep on developing new menus and follow the newest trend regarding spices or flavor to keep the competition at bay.
