What I love is how specific the groups of "recurring characters" are on Josh and Olly's shows: soldiers, priests, high schoolers, rappers, cabbies, office workers...just giving all the regular people in their lives a chance to share in these experiences.

Major Charles is back! As much as I love Rev. Chris, Major Charles has an underrated sense of humour. He can belt out a few zingers if and when necessary.
No joke but I literally felt the episode is so short! I am a big fan of the channel and the way they reminisce is like I’m reminiscing with them. It just felt home. Major Charles knows a lot about the channel and he is really fun and sincere. I just want to say that I enjoyed this video a lot. (But I also feel it seems like the twins are not the ones going to Jeju lol, we are narrowing the possible guests)

I love the evolution of Maj. Charles. From being too "picky" to becoming a "foodie" of the Korean cuisine. More of Maj. Charles, please! 💪🏽💯
Honestly, much like his Brother. Jenny (Rev. Chris’s wife) has said that Chris wasn’t a massive foodie and yet his palate eventually developed to where he preferred more authentic Korean chicken (see the video where he and Charles go around Central London in the Queen’s Limo eating chicken).

This video made me nostalgic. Remembering the feeling of watching those videos for the first time. Having food and going to Korea with Chris, then the twins (I've been watching that series again and again even now)

it was interesting when josh said that cheese hasn't been in korea that long. i've known for a long time that there is no dairy in korean cooking but i only recently found out one reason why that might be. apparently about 90% of east asian people (chinese, japanese, korean) are lactose intolerant.
that being said, my wife (og busan-saram) is one of the 10% that has no problem with cheese at all. and about a year ago we discovered in new york's k-town a place that specializes in dakgalbi and the most popular version comes with cheese. it's awesome.
The tolerance builds over generations and while the numbers are in reverse it will not take long.

@@mckidney1 I dont know man. I mean this is something evolutionary. Unless only your off-spring that is lactose tolerant survive and have children then its something that builds up over generations.
That being said, though I am lactose intolerant, many dairy products I can eat, i.e. most cheeses, because the bacteria have already metabolized the lactose. And of course specifically lactose free products.
As someone with lactose intolerance and love cheese, I simply eat it even if I must pay hefty price later on
....are we????
It's a testament to the Lee Twins that they are both equally entertaining on their own as individuals and of course as a pair and seeing the interplay between them. It's the best series on Korean Englishman. PLEASE bring them back!

I'm just waiting for Josh and Ollie to start operating tours in SK for people who watch his vids. They really introduce Korean culture so vividly and joyfully.
They literally make millions of dollars from traveling, eating, and interviewing famous people. At this point, the film crew/editors/assistants take care of most of the grunt work. I highly doubt they'll ever seek out another business model. Everything else is probably chump change to them 😂

I was surfing KRplus and saw one of your videos with the highschoolers as a suggestion. I thought to myself "why not". After that, I started with the most recent, at that time, and am binge watching going backwards. Love them all!!! As for guests Charles and Rev. Chris are my favorite to watch. I really want to try Korean food but no such luck where I'm at just yet. Still searching. So in the meantime I will continue watching past videos.

영어는 사랑이라는 단어가 누구에게 하는냐에 따라 의미가 다른것이지, 같은 의미가 아니지요. 친구에게는 우정의 의미, 애인에게는 애정, 부모와 가족은 가족간의 정... 모든걸 다 사랑이란 단어 하나만 쓰기때문에 그 의미의 진정성이 사라질 때도 있지요. 예를 들어 모든지 사랑을 붙이지요.. 음식도 물건도 애완동물, 자연, 행동, 즐기는 모든 것들까지... 하지만 그리스어 같은경우, 의미가 다다른 사랑은 다른 이름이 있어서 그 의미가 정확 합니다. 아가패 Love, 플라테우스 Love, etc.
