I realized, when it was spray painted, that it could have been any colour underneath and would have been a good way to use up scrap filament... Ah well
I think filament that's not the same colour as the paint is also useful in helping see what parts are still left unpainted.
Also, is it scrap if it doesn't matter what colour is used?

Scrap is used to refer to leftover filament. Like it’s not enough filament to make a sculpture but it’s enough to exist y’know? So it doesn’t really have any use, so why not use the scrap Fila to cover up some parts if those parts are gonna be covered by paint anyway? It’s not like anyone’s gonna see the red & green Fila you used.

I love how everything is made from scratch
I found this video soothing with the soft music, the subtle noises of the pen at work in the background, the clicking and clipping of the wire-like pieces. I admire your patience and attentiveness with this project. The idea was brilliantly brought to life and I would so pay to have one of these in my room. It's adorable. Everything about this video pleases me :) Excited to see what comes next.

I just got in to 3D pens (coming from epoxy clay) and I love how much thought and precision goes into my projects, yet how forgiving it can be. this was one of the first video's I've watched and now I've watched it probably 12 times! its like EMDR. and I love Kikis Delivery Servive. great job!!

I never thought of using one of these pens like that. I just thought they ware sort of useless for real projects, like a toy for kids or just a little gadget to have fun with for an afternoon. I love how you work your way up with all the little imperfect squiggly lines through smoothening and sanding into such a refined final product. And it's all quite simple techniques as well, just with a whole lot of dedication behind them.
I am totally amazed by your patience and love for detail! Thanks for sharing this, it leaves me in awe!
